A little gem of a hotel! This restored, 14th century flour mill is comfortable, clean and convenient to the whole beautiful Chianti area of Tuscany. Very high standard both on hotel and staff. Excellent situation for exploring Tuscany. At night there were many pleasant restaurants down in "young" Certaldo and up the funicolare in "old" Certaldo. Extremly helpful staff and unfortgettable breakfast buffet. more

This was our most expensive Hotel but definately our best. The staff were extremely friendly, the room spotless the breakfast went on until 12 and was constantly refreshed.
