This hotel is in a great location in the middle of bay, the employees are nice, always helpful with our needs, the room was clean but veeeery tiny we had no space to put our luggage, the pool was very small and the water was not clean at all, but for someone looking for something nice and basic is ok.... My entire experience changed when I found Casablaca in SJDS. FOR THE BETTER!! There are places less expensive, and those more expensive (trust me I stayed in places that ran the spectrum), but this place felt like home almost immediately. From the guys at the front desk, Jose and Roberto, who were always accommodating, to Sergio, who was always smiling... More

Came to San Juan for a night and chose to "splurge" on what looked like a nice place. But the room was tiny, the pool closed at 8pm, the AC did not work! Not worth the $75 price during the off season. As far a location there is no where in San Juan del Sur that is far from the... More

just steps from the beach, restaurants, and bars... this hotel accomodates any number of people, including 4 people to a room, each with their own bed. it has a swimming pool that is relaxing and home cooked breakfast. the air conditioner was very cold. felt great at night when trying to sleep. the waitstaff was very profession, the general visit... A friend and I stayed here for 2 nights while backpacking through Nicaragua. The hotel was fine. It was clean, had A/C, good location, and a bit overpriced for what we got. We didn't spend much time in the room as it was just a place to sleep. It did the job but nothing to rave about.

Stayed here in July, clean hotel with good AC. Is very close to the beach and the nightlife. The wifi works well and you have pool. Water pressure is impressive, it sounds like a small detail but after 2 weeks in Central America good water pressure is hard to find. Operators are professional and will arrange transport upon request. 24... More

The hotel is at a very good location and also has private parking, which most hotels in downtown San Juan don't have. Overall, the hotel is nice but the rooms are quite average and overpriced. The pool is small so you may only use it if there's no one or just 2 people in there. I have been in other... More

Great, basic hotel with everything you need. Wifi was perfect during our two night stay. Good breakfast, the women even served us past 10am when we had had a little too much to drink the night before... Room was clean, with a minifridge, safe, and plenty of space for the five of us. Prime location - right across from the... More

Came here for 2 nights ended up staying 4, we liked it so much. It was a bit pricey but we enjoyed the town and hotel so we couldn't leave. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool, internet, right across from the beach, nice atmosphere, great breakfast included.

Really close to the beach, just from 100 meters... but, if you need a 5 stars comfort, you definitely should choose another one. 67 $ for double room with breakfast. Rooms are quite good, but very simple. New rooms are quite small, but, of course, in better condition and with new aircons, so if you don`t like a noise, choose... More
