Got a great weekend rate here and was nicely upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit for mom and I. The hotel was recently remodeled so it looks nice on the inside. Our room was nice sized with full kitchen, 1 bath, 2 BRs and 3 TVs-tow of which are non-HD flat screens, the other is the older small version. Good... more
Get to know the Assistant GM Nick and GM Scott as they are both very friendly and helpful, usually there in the evening. This hotel is for business travelers who have to be in the area for a long period of time. I have been staying at this hotel since October 2008 and will be here through October 2009 on... more
Thank you very much for the feedback in regards to your mutliple stays here at the TownePlace Suites. We appreciate the feedback and do what we can to better our services at our hotel. Please feel free to contact me if there is anything that we can do for you in the future. Cordially, Scott Perry General Manager horshamgm@ih-corp.com
I was tending to family matters in the Willow Grove area for a few days and needed a quiet and affordable place to stay. I found it at the TownPlace Suite in Horsham. The hotel is located across the street from a small Naval air station, but I never heard a plane in the mornings or evenings. It was also... more
My family and I were booked for 3 nights and were using Marriott reward points so I don't what the room rate would be. We chose this location because of its reasonably close location to Sesame Place amusement park which is about 20 minutes drive away. We checked in with no real problem, the front desk person wasn't too excited... more
I wanted a hotel near Langhorne for my bridal shower and had a group of people coming up with me from DC. I ended up picking TownePlace because it was affordable and offered privacy with seperate rooms for all the people that were coming. I booked a two bedroom suite and then another studio suite. We got there and they... more
Our stay was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The 'no party' and 'no smoking' policies were totally ignored. People were partying, drinking, and smoking in the halls; a door which provided access to the entire building was propped open so anyone could enter and the front desk staff ignored our pleas for help for... more
We booked a 2-bedroom suite for two nights. The room was clean and well maintained with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. We had a corner room so we had 2 extra windows. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was quiet with one big exception. We were on the 2nd floor of the 3-story building. In the bedroom... more
This hotel was very convenient to my business destination just a mile away. While it's definitely no upscale resort, I found the place to be generally well maintained and clean. Rooms have kitchenettes, but if you're staying more than one day, only limited housekeeping service is provided. Overall, the quality was better than I might have expected in this non-urban... more
I used my marriot reward points for this stay. Because it was a category 2 hotel in the marriot chain I was able to stay both nights with 14,000 points. What I didn't know was that the townplace suites only have one bed in all the rooms unless you book a two bedroom suite. It was a big blessing that... more
