A lovely B&B that Brittany and I have enjoyed visiting for years. It truly is a destination location. The sweet smell of beets and Mose gutting a opossum for the afternoon stew always reminds me why we stay in the horse loft suite. When you are driving the ox and plow in the summer heat with the own...er Dwight telling... more

I recently stayed at Schrute Farms with my husband and two children under the age of five. At first we were a little hesitant about interacting with the man who helped us with our bags... Mose was very unusual and tried to carry our daughter to the room along with the luggage. Once we were settled, we had a delicious... more

Overall the stay was lovely. I found it a little strange that I woke up and found Mose (the bell hop) over my bed but then I realized that he wasnt there to startle me, but to sing me a nice hyhm called "Loblied" which I found very soothing at first but it went on for over 20 minutes, a... more

My husband and I recently stayed at Shrute Farms for a long weekend. We were greeted by a very energetic staff member who reminded us it was "weevile season" and to watch our step. We stayed in the cute and comfy "America Room" complete with civil war memorabilia. The food was amazing! My husband and I both LOVED the beet... more

OK, first off, Schrute Farms is amazing1 We were greeted by an odd fellow running along side of us as we drove up to the farm. (Later we found out his name is Mose.) As it was Jan, snow was neck deep and Mose was able to keep up with us as we drove! Wow! Then our room was the... more

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at Schrute Farms. Dwight Schrute, the operator, is a very charming (if a little eccentric ) gentleman. His brother "Mose" is another matter. For some reason, he approached us one morning and announced that "Everybody poops. It's the only way to get rid of the food". He also attempted to sell... more

Me and my husband decided to spend a weekend at Schrute Farms in July after hearing such wonderful things about it. After being greeted by a staff member, we were taken to our room, the irrigation room. The decor was a little iffy. One thing that really won us over were the table-making demonstrations and the food, namely the beets.... more

If you are looking for a remote farm for a quiet, romantic getaway....look somewhere else. The "host," Dwight, is an overbearing survivalist who appears to have escaped from the local mental asylum. His "cousin," Mose, appears to have escaped from a local Amish community. Concerned a speedy check-out would encourage more oddball behavior by the two, we stayed the night... more

My husband and I decided to stay at Schrute Farms for our fifth anniversary. We were seeking a rustic and unusual location, and this B & B definitely fit the bill. The location was lovely, the room (Irrigation Room), quaint and kitschy...warning: the 2nd valve near the nightstand is HOT. We found the owner, Dwight, to be very helpful (maybe... more

I was traveling to Nashua to meet with my company's branch there, and chose this fine establishment based on all the wonderful reviews here on Trip Advisor. I was very please with my stay except for the fact that there was poop on the floors of most every room. I chose to stay in the irrigation room and that one... more
