The hotel was average and nice/clean however to pay 220$ for a room in the part of Pittsburgh is extremely pricey. The rooms were nice however the staff at the front desk didn't go out of there way to make us feel welcome.

The service and the breakfast buffet is too good for the kind of money they charge. A very nominal price but excellent quality. I love this place. very closely located to the shopping area and theatres.

Great hotel if you are visiting the area. It is in a loop of shops, movie theater and plenty of restaurants. The hotel is really clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was what I would expect for this level of hotel. The area around the hotel is well lit and safe. I highly recommend this location!

Came to Pittsburgh to watch the FROZEN FOUR Hockey tournament and stayed at the Hampton Inn. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff, especially Caitlyn, were very helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. Would definitely stay there again. :)
