Came here for Sunday brunch. It was great! For $35.00, you get a mimosa with freshly squeezed orange juice and all you can eat off the made fresh menu. In other words, you order your selection, one at a time, and it is freshly made then & there and brought to your table. Plus the fact that it is a... More

I was just at the Inn at Barley Sheaf Farms for my best friend's wedding this past Friday and it was beautiful. I was in the Bridal Party and got to see quite a few of the rooms in the main house and the 'barn' as well as the cottage and they were all perfect. The staff were incredibly nice... More

Where do we begin? We had our wedding at the Inn At Barley Sheaf Farm on May 16, 2015. It was absolutely everything we had hoped and dreamed it would be! We were immediately drawn to the Barley Sheaf by its natural beauty, well-kept grounds, gorgeous historic Inn and Mark’s (the owner) hospitality. He spent hours giving us a thorough... More

Three friends and I spent two relaxing days at this inn. Everything about our visit was wonderful from the quiet serenity of the beautiful grounds, to the friendly and very helpful staff and the delicious food. We all needed a getaway to be together to talk and play mahjong. After a most delicious breakfast, the very best I've ever been... More

Slow down to a time away from cell phones & technology by enjoying a lovely brunch in the country. In a sunporch setting, dine on delicious foods expertly prepared by 2 talented chef's in the open kitchen.Everything is unlimited so sampling is encouraged. Our personal favorite was the shrimp & grits. After our fill of yummy foods & mimosas,we strolled the grounds.Several brass sculptures... We just recently enjoyed Mother's Day Brunch at the Barley Sheaf and are very satisfied! All of the food was delicious and the property is beautiful and very well kept. The service was wonderful. Would recommend.

My elderly mom and I stayed for two nights at Barley Sheaf a month ago, during the Peddler's Village Spring Fling Festival. (Peddlers is only one mile away.) We really enjoyed this trip and by the end of our stay were so pleased with everything and everyone that I actually didn't want to write the review because I do have... More

Dear Northeastkk: Thank you very much for the feedback on your stay. We are glad you enjoyed the experience - albeit with a few bumps along the way. We pride ourselves on being more responsive than what you experienced - and for that I apologize - and know we tried to correct things. I will ensure that we learn from... More

There's a long drive to the main house which is on the right side as you drive in. There are a few buildings and we were not quite sure which one was the restaurant. The area is just lovely but watch out for the pot holes. There's tons of,them. We Came here on a Groupon that I purchased and although... More

Decent restaurant in an idyllic farm setting. Pleasant decor, tasty food, though overpriced. Radicchio salad was not up to par. Good service and nice ambience. Would recommend it with reservations about price. 18% service charge added to all orders, so no tips needed.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at the Inn at Barley Sheaf for a pre-Valentine’s Day treat. From the hospitable nature of the owners and staff to the exquisite meals and desserts we both enjoyed, I can say with complete confidence that this is truly one of the finest restaurant experiences we have ever had. My compliments... More
