We stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Hershey, PA in late December 2011 and found the facility excellent. The suite rooms were large and very accommodating. The indoor swimming pool was heated and of reasonable size. The exercise room only have about 5 pieces of equipment in it. The breakfast room was excellent although it got crowded at... More

Thank you for the feeback on your stay with us. December is a great time to visit our hotel and the Hershey area. There is a crowd in breakfast any time HersheyPark is open. We try our best to keep the line moving, but sometimes (as you said) the waffle station slows things down. If you get a chance to... More

The Springhill Suites in Hershey was everything I imagined it would be. that can be good and bad but ini this case it was good. Very nice staff, clean, comfortable. they warmed up our room before we arrived and THAT is a real treat. The room itself was larger than I expected. Mini kitchen and desk served very nicely and... Thank you for your comments! I'm glad your room was nice and warm when you checked in, it helps on these cold nights. My staff loves to do those simple little treats when they can! Sincerely, Kathy King General Manager More

Stayed here for one night last weekend. We had two adjoining rooms (1 king, 2 queen, 2 sofa beds), which were great for our whole family. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and adequate. The hotel is in a quiet area next to the antique auto museum. Breakfast is the usual fare--cereal, bagels, eggs, danish, etc. Hotel also has... More

Thank you for your comments. I am so glad that the rooms were a good fit for your family. Our connecting rooms are limited but we try our best to accomidate families traveling together. When you come back to visit again, make sure to request connecting rooms on your reservation, they go fast on weekends and during the summer months!!... More

Thank you for your post. We are at a great location....only 1 mile to the local Hershey Attractions such as the Giant Center, Chocolate World, HersheyPark and HersheyPark Stadium. I'm glad you were able to enjoy the pool during your stay and start your morning off with our complimentary breakfast. We hope that you choose to visit us again when... More

Keep driving until you think your close and drive another 5 miles, then you'll find this hotel. The 1st Front Desk person I spoke with gave me faulty directions from Baltimore and added 2.5 Hours to my trip. The 2nd Front Desk Person I spoke with was Lovely and for that reason alone, I feel pity. This hotel is remote.... More

I usually don't write reviews but I needed to here. We are members of the Mariott rewards and used our free room to stay here for a trip to Hershey Park and the Light show. We love Mariott but this left a bad taste to a great trip. We booked this figuring that the Suites would be great and enjoyable... More

We stayed here durning Thanksgiving. I love the fact that the hotel is not right next to Hershey Park. It's a clean hotel and the room we stayed in was a decent size for 4 people (2 double beds and a pull out couch). The breakfast area is small. We did request a crib but all they provide is a... More

Really a nice place to stay. My daughter was having surgery and being from out of state really wanted to stay at Residence Inn since rooms had kitchens. They were full and directed me here. From the moment I arrived being checked in we were treated wonderfully. They helped accomodate our needs from accessible room, to special housekeeping needs, to... More

Some of the reviews indicate this is a noisy hotel during Hershey Park season and special events. This is most likely due to the very large gaps under the room doors which allow both light and sound to invade your room. My visit was off-season so there was not a lot of traffic. I would choose this hotel only during... More

I stayed here with a friend for one night recently and would recommend this property. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious suites with a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and sink area. There is a separate sitting area with couch and table and the flat screen TV swiveled between the bed area and sitting area. There is an on... More
