The customer service at this hotel, from the Bellman to the shuttle bus driver is amazing! But, everything else is just good... Everything ws great except it was difficlut to get a drink due to high volume at the Lobby Bar and the Bear Club (?)--need more bartenders for large socially active conferences! I would stay here again! Improved signage would help cut down on the walking!

The Hershey Lodge is wonderful!! You get chocolate on check-in, check-out, and room service! The rooms were very nice and comfortable.
