After spending 7 hrs at the park our little one(4) was quite exhausted and sleeping when we returned to the hotel only to find that after 7hrs the room was untouched. A maid was no where in the vicinity of the room. After finding one two corridors away I gave her my dirty towels. This was the only maid I... more

My family and I recently planned a three night vacation to Hershey, and this was the hotel we chose. We have never had trouble with a Hampton Inn before, but will think twice before staying at another. I paid upfront with the understanding according to their website that I was buying a package that included tickets to Hersheypark. Once I... more

This was our first time staying at this particular Hampton Inn. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to any one who may be considering this lodging. The room, which could barely fit the beat up furniture, was much smaller than other comparable hotels where we have stayed. There was dust on the furniture and just an overall... more

We stayed in a suite and are Hilton Homors clients and this Hampton Inn was not up to par. When we first walked into the lobby, there was a terrible chlorine smell from the pool. Bad first impression. The room had old scratched furniture and there was a large stain on one of the chairs. It seems like an old... more

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the rooms are definitely in need of some updating. We had a suite with a king size bed, and a seperate kitchen/living area with a sofa bed. The room was a nice size, the stove and microwave were left over from a 1970's episode of "Lets make a deal". On our first... more

Second time staying at this hotel. Stayed Sept 25,26, 2008; this time. I enjoy this hotel. The lobby is nice and large with a water fountain, and lots of seating for the continetial breakfast. Continential breakfast is typical continential breakfast, with a different hot food prepared every morning. Even though I would consider the hot food something that was frozen... more

We would not stay at this Hampton Inn again. The room smelled terrible, specifically, the bathroom. Maintenance said it was due to new wall paper and caulking. I have some doubts about that . The elevator is really awful and we were afraid we would not make it to our room. Also, it was filthy with stains and food on... more

Rooms were nice. The free breakfast was fine for what it was. The employee running the free breakfast "Natasha" did an outstanding and was very helpful. Pool and jacuzzi were clean an in good working order. Overall nice stay. Eat next door at the Hershey Pantry. Food is outstanding. All bread is homemade including the bread for the sandwiches. more

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We have a small dog, and for a hotel that excepts pets, the Hampton was exceptionally clean, as were the grounds- plus gresat service from the staff. We will definetely be staying again next year. more

My wife and I stayed at this resort, because we were attending a wedding at the Hershey Lodge and were not interested in staying at this resort. I am a Hilton Honors card member and used my points to redeem two evening stays at this hotel. The hotel is located right off the downtown of Hershey and the park is... more
