Customer service was above and beyond. There is not a porter but the desk staff helped me to carry my things to my room. She took the crate. Bless her. My dog and I were so welcomed. We received a letter from Max the house dog. Our room contained stainless dog dishes in a wire holder on a cute placemat.... More

We were at the Ledges for my son's wedding. The location is a perfect place for a fall wedding. The views are spectacular, accommodations are first class - even the smallest of rooms. Amenities are also top notch; we stayed in a queen suite day one and 2 bedroom suite day two. Although facing the parking lot, you simply walk... More

The staff make this hotel, they are friendly and warm. The views are also lovely, and the room we stayed in was comfortable and clean. The tea and coffee dock in the living area is a great idea. And the continental breakfast is also a nice touch. The bar in the hotel provides a good range of beers and wines... More

Although I haven't overnighted at the hotel, I've eaten there many times. What a fun place to dine. Sharing appetizers and wine with friends and family is a great way to try the many selections from the menu. Although they only serve appetizers, the portions are sized so that sharing is encouraged. The selection of wines is great. Lot's of... More

We only stayed one night while travelling through, but as soon as I drove in the parking lot I knew I'd want to stay longer. The location is absolutely beautiful and the hotel has made every attempt to fit perfectly into the landscape. We will definitely consider staying again when we have more time!

I love this hotel! It's magical. I have stayed at the Settler's Inn down the street, the sister hotel, and the food and service is amazing. We stopped at Ledges on our way home and can't wait to stay their next time! I didn't want to leave. The view is incredible. I wish I could spend every day on that... More

Had to pick someone up the next morning and needed a place to stay for one night. Usually stay at the Lodge at Woodloch when I am in the area but this makes up for in views what it lacks in on site amenities. I stayed in a contemporary 2 level room and it was all I could have wanted... More

We visited the first weekend they were opened after the fire. Everything was new and very nice. The room was quite unique a spiral metal staircase to a loft bedroom with attached full bath. Our view was up towards the old power station and on the other side down the river. Very beautiful. We ate at their sister hotel restaurant,... More

It was our first time staying at Ledges hotel and we definitely enjoyed it! We booked the one room jacuzzi suite. We unfortunately had to be moved to a different room because the night before we arrived the jacuzzi was broken, but Terry (employee) was very helpful with getting us a new room and also discounted the price of the... Recently enjoyed an overnight stay at The Ledges. Lovely, historic old glass factory converted into a beautiful hotel. It is peaceful, and very scenic. There was a jazz/blues band on Sunday night that we totally enjoyed. Everything you could need was provided in the room including a lovely soaking tub to take advantage of. Already making plans to return.
