East Shore Lodging was a wonderful place to stay!! The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful. It being our first time in Hawley ,Pa we didnt know where to go , what to do or how to get there!! The lobby was well equipped with brochures of places to visit and menus from local restuarants. We will happily... more

My GPS can't find this place, and the address is off the location found in mapquest and google. But it's just so easy to find it by driving. The room is very spacious and nice. The owners are very nice and very responsive. I reported the Internet connection problem and they solved that promptly. Breakfast is good. The dam just... more

When you arrive at East Shore Lodging you may think you are stopping at the local motel, but don't judge it by the outside alone. The people are very nice and helpful and the rooms are nice and clean. If you need to just get away, this just might do the trick for you. Don't expect any fancy services, but... more

Went here for some Father/Son bonding time with my 10 year old son. The room was pretty clean and spacious. We had the King Suite with the entrance around back. I think this room was really nice compared to what you usually find in the Poconos. The bed was awesome, but the sitting furniture showed some wear. This place was... more

We stayed 4 nights at East Shore Lodging in August. Our room was on the second floor at the back of the hotel. It was very large with a separate sitting room, a mini fridge and decent AC. They also have books in the room that you can read while you are there, I love when places do that hit... more

This hotel was in a great location, right across the street from the lake. We had the Queen room that is generally for handicapped people (but we weren't, this was just all that was available). The room was a great size and the bathroom was huge (to accommodate wheelchairs, etc.) The owners have definitely done their research and do a... more

Very nice, reasonable little lodge. Clean, well decorated, spacious rooms. Owners very friendly and helpful. Decent continental breakfast. Scenic boat tour was right on site and lasted about an hour. Lake is directly across the road, sunsets are beautiful, bring some good wine and enjoy(there is a wine "supermarket" 5 minutes away). Free public park on the lake where you... more

we spent 2 nights in August, and to our surprise we had a very nicely decorated extra large room. The owners were very friendly, and treated us to a contintental breakfast. price was affordable, and the room was spotless. We will definately return, and tell our friends. Our thanks to the Geldermans . more

Booked on the strength of reviews on Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. Clean large rooms, helpful staff and convenient for the lake and the local area. Looks far better on the inside than the outside - although that looks ok. Excellent value at $90. more

My husband and I decided on a Sunday to take a drive to Lake W and would find lodging when we get there. Our expectations were not high of what we would find, doing it on the spur of the moment. Bridget and Steve are wonderful. The room, $90, was huge! Clean! Nicely decorated! I would stay here again in... more
