I stay here three times a year for conferences. My room is always very clean. The staff is friendly. They have a great lunch buffet at the restaurant which is very convenient. The hotel is also within walking distance to other great restaurants, a pharmacy, and some shopping. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I visit this hotel a minimum of three times per year and it never gets any cleaner. I don't think they ever mop the bathroom floors. This trip I had holes in my sheets, a dirty pillowcase and filthy carpet. Couldn't change rooms as the hotel was booked solid. And this was on the Honors floor.

We've stayed in a lot of Hiltons (as well as other hotels, motels, inns, etc.,) in our time, and this was one of the biggest disappointments.
If you're looking for a Hilton, and don't necessarily need to be smack-dab in downtown Harrisburg, I recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Harrisburg East. It's MUCH nicer!
