Dirty, outdated, couldn't get room service or anything to eat after 11pm at the restaurants in the hotel. Key didn't work, pool looks like dishwater( don't believe the website, people!) Outside pool is next to a PARKING LOT!!!! Not to mention it is SO small, and has hardly any chairs. Breakfast left alot to be desired, staff needs to be... more

We stayed here during our trip to Hershey Park. We were at the park most of the day, so we didn't spend alot of time there. Decent, but it could use some updating. Our room was quiet, we were up on the 4th floor, away from the highway and pool. We didn't eat there, but ate at some other local... more

Staying at the hotel as I write this. First off, this is a large hotel for this area, very close to the horse track/casino, with a country western 'saloon' attached, that is very busy with live music and such. Many ballrooms, very busy place. Parking is difficult in the evenings, as visitors to the bar outnumber the guests it seems.... more

Hotel is located very close to Ft Indiantown Gap and Harrisburg. I was given a great rate and priority club bonus. Received 15% discount on all food purchases being military. Wait staff very friendly, reception helpful and the reservation department the best in the business. Food is very good and nice sized portions. I have already recommended this hotel to... more

Pros: Large hotel with good breakfast buffet and decent rooms. Cons: Pool is in serious need of work, hot tub out of order, (not disclosed during booking). Don't stay in pool side room if you want to go to bed early...screaming kids and adults will keep you up until 10pm. Loud and screaming patrons return from nearby casnio drunk from... more

My company reserved a block of rooms at this hotel for a work function. When checking in I noticed more than two dozen people smoking right outside the front door. There was a biker convention that weekend at the hotel. The majority of the attendees that we encountered were polite and friendly. However, we found a number of people who... more

I got this room for a good price via Priceline's Name Your Price service. Part of the problem with that service is that you can't select the exact location, just the general area. Well, this hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. It's a distance from Harrisburg. The only thing nearby was a gas station. The Harrisburg restaurants... more

Let me precede my comments by pointing out that I consider myself to be a fairly critical traveler with high expectations. As a rule, I would never stay at a Holiday Inn because of my perception of the chain as being comprised of low- to mid-range properties that fail to offer the amenities and services that I routinely expect. Because... more

I was invited to a Wedding at the Holiday Inn. When we got there, the banquet room was extravagant! The food was great. The staff was not very talkative, but were nice (they might not be allowed to talk), and the overall assessment was just incredible. I loved the wedding reception and would truly suggest having a reception there. It... more

My family and I and our son's hockey team stayed here for the tournament weekend. Our stay met our needs as a family. We all had a great time. All the boys had a blast in the pool. The staff was very nice and friendly and accommodated our family needs. more
