A close friend married here in the spring and it truly was a spectacular setting! The location was perfect and allowed for close friends and family to be all together but still retain a fair amount of space from one another given the expansive and beautiful grounds. The rooms were spotless (we stayed in the Gardener's Cottage), beds were comfortable,... More

Needed a place to overnight and found this inn. Lovely property with beautiful old oaks tress, gorgeous gardens and paths. Friendly resident dogs. We got stuck in traffic so didn't arrive until 6 PM. No one to greet us, just a note and a key, so we weren't shown around didn't know about tea or wine, etc. Didn't actual meet... More

The Inn @ Grace Winery / Sweetwater Farm Bed & Breakfast is the ideal relaxation destination in every way. The inn is stately and elegant, and the grounds, lush and pristene...mix in the warmth of the inns staff (not to mention the sweet inn-dogs who roam free on the property) and you have a getaway thats one for the memory... We attended a wedding reception at this location and it was wonderful! Beautiful scenery! They even have crab apple trees that you can hand feed the properties horses with! It was wonderful! Several of our family members stayed in rooms at here during our trip and were thrilled with the beauty and cleanliness of the rooms. What a lovely retreat... More

We passed this B&B frequently when we lived in the area, so after we moved away and came back to visit I decided to try it. I was alone on this trip visiting friends. I stayed in the Garden Room. The bed was comfortable the bathroom large, clean, and all the amenities I needed. I loved coming back to my... More

There are many choices of rooms and cottages here. The photos represent them well I chose to stay in the yellow-accented Caldwell room in the 1815 wing. It faces the front of the property and was well-appointed with one exception. Don't expect to watch much television. I only got reception for one or two channels. That being said, there are... More

Thank you for staying with us and we are very pleased to hear that you had a relaxing stay I am sorry the television in your room was not working properly as we do have full compliment of cable channels in all of our rooms and cottages. I hope you are able to join us another time to try out... More

My husband and I spent one night in the Gardener's Cottage in July 2015. The cottage had a sitting area that would have been lovely in the winter with the fire burning, one bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and a bathroom with a large shower. We also had a small enclosed porch area with a table and stools... More

Sweetwater is the kind of place where you are planning your next trip before your first trip has ended. The whole property is beautiful and peaceful. We stayed in the Herb cottage which is a bit cozy (aka small), but has a beautiful deck to make up for it! The cottages are also dog-friendly so it's great to be able... More

I found Sweetwater Farm wonderful in many ways and surprisingly off in others. The property is stunning, the room well-appointed, and the atmosphere redolent of bucolic bliss. Where else can one find a resident dog and horses available for interspecies consultation throughout the day? Yet the location requires an annoying drive through decidedly unbucolic Middle America (Route 1) to get... More

An absolutely beautiful property even when the weather is less than ideal. If I could plan our vacation all over again I would have booked us for more than one night. We stayed in the Dormer room which was so lovely. My boyfriend, being 6'3", had to be very mindful of his head in certain areas but it was so... More
