We were here for a friend's wedding and the hotel was naturally crowded and somewhat noisy. The rooms are good sized and the staff did a good job with the events pre and post wedding. The wifi is poor staying on line but was probably challenged by all the devices here with the younger generation.

Dear Mimickinga: Your feedback regarding your visit with us last weekend is much appreciated! I am so glad to read that our service and handling of the events was spot on despite being very busy, crowded, and noisy. Sorry to read that our wifi was inconsistent and imagine that our bandwidth was challenged at times with so many users online.... More

This hotel passed my two primary criteria with flying colors- comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. The remodeled rooms are nice although unrelentingly brown (even the art is brown). There was a placard in the room inviting people to forgo housekeeping services as a way of being environmentally conscious and saving water. In return for doing this... More

Dear graciecat11: Appreciate the great praise for our beds and water pressure as well as your candid comments regarding our room décor and our conservation efforts. Both are Starwood Brand initiatives that we heartily endorse! We'll look forward to having you stay with us again in the future should your travels bring you back here all the way from the... More

Warm friendly staff especially Eric at the front desk who always greets you with a warm smile and always makes your day better .. Rooms are very nice and the grounds are very pretty .. Just put a renovation in that makes a big difference . I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area

Hotel front desk was terrific. There is a White Horse restaurant attached and food was pretty good, but service there was up and down. The room was nice, the toiletries were a good quality. The room did have a problem with a shrill whistle which seemed to come from the pipes which I reported when I checked out. The WiFi... More

Dear MLwellTravelled: Thank you for the feedback on your recent stay. While I am pleased that you enjoyed our cleanliness and service, I am a little concerned that your evaluation of our value perception was just okay. I am hopeful that when your travels bring you back to our Area, our renovations will be 100% complete, and we'll have another... More

I had a two night stay in this Pennsylvania Hotel. The staff was very friendly. They gave me one of the newly renovated rooms which was really quite nice. There are construction workers coming in and out all hours of the day and night and the construction seems to be pretty much nonstop. I pretty much got what I expected,... More

I reserved two rooms, one through Priceline and one direct with the Sheraton. During my reservation process I spoke with a young lady named Jasmine and I would like to compliment her on her professional and courteous manner. Our stay was comfortable and we found staff to be customer friendly while there. We did experience a leak in the bathroom... More

The noise and mess from renovating is clearly wreaking havoc on this property. It took 3 hours for my room to be ready. the noise of construction while I ate lunch was loud and non ending. There is no lobby while repairs are being made. Beware.

Dear Esteemed Guest (eaf1967): The Sheraton Great Valley continues to update its rooms and public spaces, in line with the progress you saw in the newly renovated White Horse Tavern and Wine Bar, as well as the temporary reception area located in the newly added Link. The lobby is always a challenge to complete, as it is a 24/7 public... More

We had a very good stay at the Sheraton Great Valley inn. Conveniently located right next the highway so its very easy to find. At the time the hotel was under renovation but didn't cause a problem to our stay. Very big indoor pool for kids and the staff were very friendly. We had a problem with our TV so... More

I've never written a review before I've checked out of a hotel before, but I was so pleased with our experience that I'm writing this while I'm still in my hotel room, using the complimentary, reliable wi-fi and enjoying my delicious complimentary in-room Starbucks coffee. Check-in was quick and efficient. Yes, they are in the midst of renovating the rooms... More

Hotel is old and under construction. Rooms are freshly bleached to mask the smell of mold. Elevators have a mind of their own. Staff is indifferent to the people staying at the hotel. Construction workers are using elevators to bring down trash, making customers wait. And Brad, if you respond with one of those impersonal canned text messages telling me... More
