This hotel is now known as the Rodeway Inn. This does not make the service any better. Rodeway Inns are at the bottom of the hotel spectrum and it shows. Frackville is a very small town that is not nearby anything. There are very few, if any, restaurants and stores nearby and the nearest city, Hazleton, lies 20 miles north... more

The staff was friendly and room was clean! I had talked with the new owner who had just purchased the hotel a few weeks prior and already had began to make positive upgrades. The price was affordable and in a great location. I will be sure to stay at I-81 Inn again in my future travels through the area! more

This place is a former Motel 6 that was too cheap to pay their franchise fees. It has no high speed internet and only coffee in the morning---no continental breakfast. STAY AWAY. more
