Rate w/govt discount one night: $79.99 After parking bats are flying all around my girlfriend and myself. Bad omen. It was an unlit parking lot and felt like our car was going to get broken in to. The room was dirty as can be, and there was blood smeared on the wall. No joke. The beds felt really dirty and... More

The hotel sits amongst deserted businesses just off the exit. It looks like a truck stop and in fact the parking lot filled with big rigs later in the evening. It definitely shows some wear, but the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. The wifi was strong and consistent, The free breakfast buffet was good. It was exactly what we... More

This hotel is the remaining viable business off an interstate exit that has otherwise been abandoned. Despite having reservations, we were reluctant to stay the night here, but after speaking with a few other guests (and having limited options available) we decided to check in. The exterior of the facility is in rough shape; very dated, not well kempt, parking... More

Stayed there 4th of July weekend for two nights and if we had known what we know now, we never would have stayed there! The hotel is literally in the middle of no where, right off the highway, in a deserted area. The hotel itself is run down with stain carpets. When we checked in we were greeted by a... More

In Erie on business. I normally stay at a different hotel, but they were full. Took a chance, and I'm sorry I did. The room is dirty. It smells musty. There is mildew in the shower. Even the mirrors are dirty. As I'm typing this, I'm trying to find another hotel, because this one is gross. Oh..and the manager couldn't... More

The front lobby looks nice, then you get into the hotel and it is nasty. The neighborhood looks shady and the room is not clean. I read a ton of reviews on hotels.com and they said this was a pretty nice hotel. What they failed to mention is the bathroom smells like pee and mildew, the sheets on the beds... More

If I hadn't reserved a room here ahead of time I would have passed it by. In the deserted outskirts of town, with abandoned buildings around it, it looks faded, dingy, seedy, rundown and like a trucker hangout. The attached restaurant looks like a biker bar from the outside with windows full of neon beer signs. There is nothing wrong... More

...But I was surprised at the room being much nicer than anticipated. The outside and common areas are pretty old looking, but nothing worth giving this place one star. The room itself has been updated in the past few years. Minus one stray hair, which is something that I will find in many different hotels of all sizes and classes,... More

The one saving grace was the breakfast buffet in the morning, although that wasn't anything special. It just happened to be hot food fast. The room I stayed in was below ground level so there was only a high transom window which made me feel like I was in a prison cell. The room was large however. I kept my... More

We have been staying at this hotel since we first started visiting Presque Isle 10 years ago. Back then it was a Best Western, and the current owner switched it to a Quality Inn about 5 or 6 years ago. What originally drew me there was the price - it was much less expensive than the hotels on Route 20... More
