I was in town for my brother's graduation from UTI. The hotel looks a little outdated from the outside, but once you get inside, very nice! The front desk guy was very friendly at check-in. The hotel rooms were smokey, the bathroom wasn't clean wiped down, but not clean. Customer Service was terrible. Absolute nightmare more

Stayed here 6/9 - 6/11/09 for an off-site sales meeting. Upgraded in the last year or two and it shows. Rooms were very clean, Plasma HD TV was great. Towels and linens looked brand new. Very comfortable beds (very important to me). I had breakfast one morning and it was very good quality - pleasant service. Overall, a great experience. more
