We recently stayed at this hotel for 93 days after a flood in our house. It was an wonderful experience. The staff and management were very attentive to our needs. One employee Teresa was outstanding. She took us to 5 different rooms when we first checked in and knew we were going to be there for a while. She anticipated... more

Really no negatives. Well trained staff that is very customer service oriented. Nice location. Uno's restaurant next door. Great AM breakfast. Newer furnishings....hotel appears to have been remodeled in the past 12-24 months. Only negative is that this is a newer residence inn. Walls are thin and the units are smaller than original models. You can hear noise upstairs when... more

We were visiting the Philadelphia area for a family wedding and stayed here (block of rooms). I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the indoor pool (kids were ecstatic) and the overall layout of the room - we had a single bedroom. My in-laws had a double bedroom (sent the kids there for a sleepover, so it worked out... more

My family stayed at the Residence Inn in Exton during our trip to get my oldest son moved into college. I thought the front desk staff was courteous and helpful whenever we approached to request something. The dining staff was O.K. and seemed a bit overwhelmed during our first breakfast. Their attitude improved during the stay and the food was... more

We just returned from our stay at the Residence Inn. We were in the area for two different soccer tournaments. We find that the Residence Inns are an excellent choice, especially for family accommodations. They offer a separate room from the kids, a nice kitchen area for storing Gatorade, water, our restaurant leftovers (I am not cooking at these tournaments!)... more

I don't think I've stayed in a place where the staff is more accommodating: At my request, they added honey permanently to the breakfast bar; they gladly upgraded our room. I think they would do anything possible to accommodate a guest. Our family of four stayed in a two-bedroom suite. There were plenty of amenities to increase our comfort and... more

After reading some of the posts I was hesitant to stay here but there aren't many choices in the area unless you go to Philadelphia. We found the room to be clean and well decorated in a contemporary style. Most of the furniture and the appliances were like new and all the counters were granite. The breakfast offered many hot... more

I stayed here with my daughter's soccer team. We were at a tournament in Downington. I thought the rooms were clean and comfortable. Truthfully I had too much room. It was very hot while we were there and the air conditioning worked excellent. The community internet went down and when I mentioned it to the staff they immediately tried to... more

We recently stayed at this hotel for a family wedding in the area. We had a wonderful experience with the hotel as well as the surrounding area. There is a Chicago UNO restaurant within walking distance and we also enjoyed going there. The service at the hotel was excellent and we would recommend it to anyone. more

I stayed here one night in preparation for a local business meeting. Late arrival and early departure. The room was nice, and a waste of some nice space - a kitchen, living room with pull out sofa, comfy bed and nice bathroom with seperate lavatory area. They had the iron I needed for my shirt, they loaned me some scissors... more
