We were staying here for a wedding bc the hotel next door was booked up early. We got to our room. There was a roll with only half the toilet paper ...the last piece was ripped, all jagged, as if someone used it prior to us checking in. The housekeeping was terrible. My bedsheets were not even changed when the last guest checked out. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until midnight when I got ready to go to bed. The front desk closes down at 11pm, so the only person who could help me was the lady who does the laundry at night. Fortunately, she was nice... more

Honestly the worst hotel experience I have ever had in the U.S. This hotel looks fine on the outside but inside watch out! Damp and dirty hallways, bugs in the room, and one extremely hostile staff person manning the whole operation. The Extended Stay America in Exton offers inexpensive basic accommodations. You will find the rooms clean and comfortable. All are fairly large and come with fully equipped kitchens, a recliner, wireless internet and a firm bed. more
