I travel a lot for business and typically stay at Holiday Inns. This is the worst Holdiay Inn for customer service and the property is dilapidated, form thread bear carpets to plaster falling off the ceiling to cockroaches. This hotel was pretty unfortunate. The rooms were not that clean. The ceilings were damaged and yellowing. The bathroom had rust problems. The worst was the toilet.
