I recently held a special event at this wonderful venue. Brittany, Maria and Jennifer were top notch. From the first dinner I had here to making the arrangements, Brittany was incomparable in accommodating special requests.. Maria, our head waitress was efficient and warm. Jennifer handled the room reservation with applomb and everyone made the event a surprise for the guests... More

Summer and fall are particularly good times to explore Bucks County. We made a midweek, one-night reservation at the Golden Pheasant. We have stayed at a number of B&B's where we got to chat with the innkeeper and other guests in a lovely communal breakfast or richly appointed parlor. If you are looking for this type of B&B experience, the... More

Our first trip to this part of the country from the Windy City and we were delighted. The inn is charming, food thoughtfully prepared and delicious, and the setting beautiful. Take some time to discover the room's features (read the guest folder to find out how to work the remote control room darkening shades!). Hannah was our innkeeper and was... More

We went here for our anniversary, and were not disappointed. This is a very lovely property, obviously tended with loving care. Beautiful location. The decoration is pretty without being "too much". Country elegance. We were in the Delaware Suite. Nicely done, very comfortable. Yes, it's hard to believe how close this is to the big metropolitan areas.

I recently stayed here for mine and my boyfriend's birthday weekend. Our stay was even better than I could have imagined. Hannah checked us in, and took care of our every need until we checked out. She was polite, friendly and more than accommodating! She was the best host we have ever encountered. (Thank you Hannah!) The Inn was recently... More

Took my man of eight years, and fiance, for a surprise birthday "get away". We went to a local wine tasting. The tour and tasting was interesting, the wine...not so good! (Sandcastle Winery) The view of the Delaware was beautiful, the small bar, nice restaurant, outside seating, breakfast, and trails to walk on, were all very good. owned by sisters,... More

difficult to believe this is still the East Coast: everything is quiet, still, with a delightful provincial touch. I had the veal, from Lancaster, which means organic, and it was great, and perfectly cooked. Then locally made ice cream, with unique flavours. And some great burgundy wines, the wine list is very thorough and it is obvious that the chef... More

Pictures on line were nice but in person you really get the Beatiful feel of the rooms. Person who hated us was low key friendly and nice. I believe All three rooms face the river with the exception of The Stover room that faces the canal. Beds were very comfortable and central air runs really good and easy to adjust.... More

We had never been here before. It was a good distance from where we live. It was well worth the drive. It was a bit loud when we were first seated but that is the only "complaint" we had. The room was surrounded by glass on three sides. We had a view of the Delaware river on one side, the... More

We recently (1st week in November) had our wedding at the Golden Pheasant. The food, the service, the rooms and the location were perfect. Every one of our guests commented that it was one of the most elegant and romantic weddings that they had ever been too. The staff at the Golden Pheasant had a great deal to do with... More
