I had previously crossed Red Roof Inn off my list of hotels I would stay in, but this one changed my opinion. We booked a king size room, non smoking, and got a handicap accessible. Very spacious room, clean bathroom, comfortable bec. Staff very helpful. Hotel is just off exit 27. Near casino and lots of places to eat. Price... More

I am giving this a 4 star review for a hotel in this class. Check in was quick and pleasant. We asked for a room in the back since the inn is right off the highway. We weren't bothered by any noise. Our room was clean and recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were a little too hard... More

We arrived here after a very long day of driving. Its hard to find in the pouring rain, although very close to the road. Watch for the McDonalds. Beds were comfortable and the room is reasonably nice--they have been creative in making it look good without costing much. I slept well and couldn't hear any traffic noise, even though our... More

The room had that dirty feeling. The sheets had some stains. There were crumbs on the floor and a can of beer was left in the refrigerator. One nice thing was the laminate flooring but still had dirty socks from walking on it. If you are a light sleeper i wouldn't stay here because the walls are thin and you can... More

Let me start by apologizing for what was definitely a huge lack of follow through on behalf of my staff and I. We perform room inspections in all of our rooms daily after they have been cleaned by our housekeeping staff and during this inspections these various problems should have been observed and corrected prior to renting it out to... I never saw a bug, but the place just 'felt creepy' - dank. It must be one of the older (not remodeled) ones - the room, and bathroom, was smaller than other Red Roofs. The walls were so thin, I lay in my bed awake in the early morning hours, and could audibly hear the guy in the room next... More

Let me first start by apologizing for your feelings of uneasiness. This is not a comment I hear too often of our guests experiences with us and I am truly sorry that we were unable to provide you with a relaxing stay. I believe one contributing factor might be due to our parking lot having two lights being burned out... More

On our way to Columbus Ohio and decided to break up our trip after 7.5 hours of travel. The Red Roof was just of I-90. Easy off. We travel with 2 Chihuahuas. Red Roofs are generally Pet friendly as was this one. We were given a ground floor on back side away from highway. We also had a microwave n... More

My lady booked this, and my first reaction was to note how close it was to the Interstate. However, she took the advice of another person here, and got us a room on the back side of the property. It's as quiet as any I've been to out in the country. We got an accessible room on the first floor,... More

We stayed for one night, not my first choice however it was a last minute booking. Beds are comfortable and the extra pillows were nice. The shower leaked water onto the floor , not sure why this was happening. The rooms do seem to be newly remodeled. It was a good room for sleeping after a day at the beach.

It didn't have an elevator to the second floor and the carpet in the hallway looked pretty dingy, but the room was great. It was renovated, clean, and just what we needed for a one night stay. The free Wifi worked great and was quite helpful on my working vacation. I would recommend getting a room on the back side... More

Thank you for your honest review, and in particular thank you for the heading! I greatly appreciated that as we are constantly thinking of small ways to improve guest experience. Things such as our conveniently located smoking shelter on the back side of our property, placing extra towels in the room, as well as placing extra outlets in the rooms... More
