We stayed here from out of town for a wedding. Would NEVER go back again!! Was told I got a discounted rate but from what I see it wasn't. Gave us a handicapped room and was not told. We have stayed here numerous times for either casino trips or concerts at the Civic Center. The hotel is very conveniently located. The rooms are well kept, comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. This is our staple hotel in the Erie area. more

we made reservations for new years eve 2008 but had to cancel them which i did on dec 12 2008 here it is april 10th 2009 and my account is charged $233 for my cancelled rooms. 4 months after the fact and their only response is without a confirmation number theres nothing they can do. who keeps such things longer... more
