Stayed overnight on our way to another location. Staff was nice, hotel and room was clean. The breakfast was good and made it easy to get up and going in the morning. Would stay here again. more

So I know I shouldn't complain, but........I've stayed at a lot of Erie hotels (see all my reviews) and this was the second worst. The bathroom literally stinks. I think the mildew odor was coming from the shower curtain or perhaps from water leaking inside the fiberglass shower walls. It was bad! The window was leaking, too, and I saw... more

This is a very clean, comfortable hotel. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is close (not walking distance, but easy driving distance) to Applebee's and TGI Fridays, and other familiar chain restaurants, with many shopping choices nearby as well. The only drawback with the room (double, non-smoking) was the lack of refrigerator and microwave. The room was... more

As a Hilton Diamond member, I have learned that Hampton Inns can be sometimes inconsistent. That's why I typically opt for a Hilton Garden Inn or Doubletree. In this case, I chose the Hampton because the location to my meeting was slightly better. I wish I had gone across the freeway to the new Hilton Garden Inn. The service was... more

When I booked this hotel directly, I was made aware there were no more double non-smoking rooms available. We were put on a waiting list and checked with the front desk every morning, but nothing ever became available throughout our 4 night stay. We were a group of 3 adults and unfortunately, one of us was stuck on the sofa... more

We stayed at this Hampton Inn for one night on our way home from Montreal. It seems to be an older hotel, the room was a little small, the fixtures seemed a little old. However, everything seemed clean, the breakfast was good. The pool was small, but great for kids. Check in was very fast. We were in room 413,... more

I stayed at the Hampton, Erie on April 18th with my husband and 2 year old and paid $123 for a standard room with 2 double beds. Overall the experience was positive though I doubt I would stay here again. We checked in very late - the clerk was courteous and the process speedy. The room was spacious, though I... more

We stayed for one night recently when meeting family. We were disappointed that they did not have any 2 Queen rooms, like other similar hotels, as we were 4 adults, one child, and an infant, but took their 2 Double Room as the price was reasonable. We were provided a rolling bed for my nephew and we made it work.... more

I usually stay in Hampton Inns when I travel for work, and sometimes even when on vacation if we don't stay in a B&B. I am very satisfied with the chain overall. When I arrived at this Hampton, I was pleased with the hotel, it looks just like your typical Hampton. It is on the highway - the rooms overlook... more

My husband and I fled to Erie in the wake of a bad flood in our town, so we only made reservations the night before to stay at this Hampton. Nevertheless, when we arrived the next afternoon, we were (rather rudely) told that our reservation for a King non-smoking room had been cancelled. I asked if my credit card #... more
