This was our 3rd visit at the resort, staying in the lodge. Very enjoyable and the rooms are reasonably priced for the location and quality. If you want to rent a boat slip by the day, this is a little pricey. I would defiantly stay again. If you like a peaceful and beautiful lake, Raystown is a great place to... More

My husband's family has owned a camp in Huntingdon for over 50 years, so we spend a lot of time in the Raystown area and love it. We recently took the kids and grandkids to our camp and one of the activities we planned was a trip to the resort and water park. I wanted to get some souvenirs for... More

We just spent a weekend there are definitely will not return. Out campsite was large and shaded but that was about the only positive. Many campsites are not level at all and are on dangerous slopes. There is an adult party atmosphere and it is rowdy and it was not a good environment for our four-year old.The facilities are run-down... More

OK, so maybe I had my sights set too high for staying at this "resort". I did not do much research prior to our stay, so partly my fault. The pictures all looked so nice on the web site, but..... Let's start with the good: people all very friendly (security), lake is nice, live music @ Marina was good Not... More

We visited the resort area 2x. We didn't stay there, just a visit. There was a live band called ROOT playing on the deck. It was a beautiful night and just the atmosphere we were looking for. There is a walk way along the docks which was also a nice touch. We also to a ride on the Proud Mary... More

We had 26 people at our family reunion so tried out three different accommodations: the lodge, the villas and the cottages. It's a easy walk to each site and we had dinner at the marina. The staff was very accommodating for our large group. Everyone liked their accommodations. The lodge was perfect for the older couples, the cottages were great... More

We rented 3 beach bungalows for 14 family members. Having direct beach access with 4 small children was a great benefit. The accommodations were adequate. There were 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. I found the bed comfortable. Having 1 bathroom rarely created an issue. The kitchen and eating area were sufficient for making our own meals. The fire pit... More

We planned a quick one night getaway to Raystown Lake. We chose to stay in the Lodge since it was the only option for a one night stay. The room was modern and extremely clean. We loved the view of the lake from our deck. Especially while having our morning coffee. We visited friends at their camp site and took... More

We ended our 7 day camping trip at Raystown. It was a great way to close out the trip for the parents and the kids. This is a well taken care of camp ground and worth the visit. Be sure to book well in advance to get a good site near the water. Keep in mind now sewer hook up....... More

Our company had a 4 day retreat at Raystown Resort. We have been planning it with Dan and Jenn for months. They were so much help and went above and beyond to make our weekend go off without a hitch. Our employees loved the resort and plan to take their families there in the future.
