We had 26 people at our family reunion so tried out three different accommodations: the lodge, the villas and the cottages. It's a easy walk to each site and we had dinner at the marina. The staff was very accommodating for our large group. Everyone liked their accommodations. The lodge was perfect for the older couples, the cottages were great... More

We rented 3 beach bungalows for 14 family members. Having direct beach access with 4 small children was a great benefit. The accommodations were adequate. There were 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. I found the bed comfortable. Having 1 bathroom rarely created an issue. The kitchen and eating area were sufficient for making our own meals. The fire pit... More

We planned a quick one night getaway to Raystown Lake. We chose to stay in the Lodge since it was the only option for a one night stay. The room was modern and extremely clean. We loved the view of the lake from our deck. Especially while having our morning coffee. We visited friends at their camp site and took... More

We ended our 7 day camping trip at Raystown. It was a great way to close out the trip for the parents and the kids. This is a well taken care of camp ground and worth the visit. Be sure to book well in advance to get a good site near the water. Keep in mind now sewer hook up....... More

Our company had a 4 day retreat at Raystown Resort. We have been planning it with Dan and Jenn for months. They were so much help and went above and beyond to make our weekend go off without a hitch. Our employees loved the resort and plan to take their families there in the future.

We stayed here over the 4th of July...really enjoyed our site close to the water. I would recommend a water site if possible as it makes the trip that much better. Lots of hills getting there coming from the south...beware if you are towing a camper from the turnpike. NO SEWER! I knew that when I booked the site but... More

Wonderful time on the lake! We visited over the 4th of July weekend. The staff was very friendly and informative on check-in. Gift store next to check in has staples, if you forget something. We stayed in the lodge building 2. I would not pay extra for a 2nd floor room as the view is obstructed by the trees so... More

I recently stayed here for a conference and enjoyed everything about this place. These events have typically been held in a " cookie cutter" hotel that are pretty much all the same. On a busy interstate crossroad, with lots of concrete everywhere. Not here , its beautiful! Its quiet, no noisy traffic or highways. We had a villa, which was... More

My family and I eagerly awaited our Raystown Lake vacation. The website was beautiful and made the accomodations look enticing. When we checked in at the welcome center, the staff was friendly and professional, and the building was pretty and welcoming. I thought the tone had been set for the Oak Park Cottage we were about to stay in. I... More

My family has been going to Lake Raystown resort for camping for over 25 years. We started out in tents,Pop ups to RVs, and majority of the families block cabins every year first weekend in August. Now the next generation is getting married and staying in tents. The place is clean and friendly that provides parking passes, garbage bag and... More
