I stayed overnight - both ways - on my trip to Scotland. The first night I was in the gorgeous "Castle View" rooms (room 20). I was so impressed with the building, upstairs turn left then into a stunning room, that I sent my family some photographs of the entrance. A photo of the breathtaking Castle from my bedroom window... More

I enjoyed 5 fabulous!!! nights at Langley Castle Hotel in May. Everything about my stay was first rate. Langley Castle is the most charming castle I have ever seen—and I’ve seen a few. The rooms in the Castle are beyond compare. The Percy room was beautifully appointed. The window seat tucked into the several feet-thick castle walls was my favorite... More

We were looking forward to our stay at Langley Castle, and it certainly exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Cadwallader Room, accessed via a spiral stair case ( brilliant) with very comfortable 4 poster bed, luxurious bathroom, with choice of toiletries provided. We particularly liked the window seat which is set into 7ft thick walls. Our every need had been... More

We were given the De Luce room in the castle due to us requiring a walk in shower but the room in the castle grounds was delightful but the shower was in the bath no good to us. When we arrived we were given a glass of Bellini each plus Latte and a tasty scone each with clotted cream and... More

Fabulous place. Been here just for a coffee, stayed overnight and also hosted my daughters wedding here. On all occasions the staff, service and meals were brilliant. I can't rate this place highly enough. Great food, great atmosphere, full of character and very comfortable.

Lovely room and gorgeous grounds. Room was on the whole clean, but dust/muck could be found in those visible but hard to get to places. Loved the peafowl. The restaurant was very disappointing. Steak was a disappointment and was served with what can only be described as Mcdonalds chips! Fish dish was tiny and even though I haven't got a... More

We stayed one night in ''The Greenwich Room'' what an amazing room! We loved the alcove where we enjoyed a few drinks! The bathroom was a dream, the bath is so big I was able to float in it and not touch the sides. We had a reservation for dinner, my husband had a filet mignon, sadly it was over... More

Stayed 1 night in the Derwentwater Room. Beautiful spacious room and lovely bathroom. Very clean. Had a sandwich and cream tea in the drawing room: delicious but beware it is filling! Evening meal of Steak and Seabass beautifully cooked. We asked for a table in the alcove and was pleased it was reserved for us. Setting is just superb. Breakfast... More

We stayed here for one night as a birthday treat, which I purchased using a discount voucher, it also included afternoon tea. I upgraded at a minimal extra cost to ensure we had a room in the castle itself, and I’m definitely glad I did. The room was amazing, really spacious, lovely 4 poster bed (very fitting in a castle),... More
