Very clean. Fast and friendly check in. Thought I left something in our room after we left. Lady at front desk gave me a key and when I couldn't find my lost item, front desk called housekeeping. 3 people from housekeeping helped me look for lost item, even going through dirty sheets and towels. We stayed one night here after a day at the nearby Crayola factory. Our kids & we loved everything about it. Warm welcome, cookies at the front desk, very comfortable beds & pillows, spotless rooms, good ample breakfast, great pool, and $2 draft beer at the bar! We'd definitely stay again if we were in the area and recommend to all. more

This hotel had exactly what we needed for our short one night trip. We were four, including two young kids. The room and bath were clean and had comfortable beds. I was so very impressed with this hotel. The staff at the front desk was the friendliess I have ever encountered. The hotel was spotless everywhere. I tried real hard to find fault with the place but there wasn't anything wrong at all. The lobby was very impressive. Breakfast was good both days. Room was comfortable with plenty of amenities - coffee maker, fridge, microwave, internet connection, TV. Located within walking distance of a few restaurants, shops and cinema. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. My only gripe is that it was served on plastic plates with plastic knoves and forks! more

A standard Hampton Inn, with what is to be expected: very comfortable beds, a decent desk and good ADSL to work from, perfect cleanliness, good drawer space, a small fridge (froze my drinks, though) and a microwave (but no utensils).
