This was our second trip to the Grand Eastonian. Both our stays there were excellent. Nice rooms and nice professional staff. The hotel and the neighborhood are very interesting. Only a couple blocks from yhe Crayola Factory

The Hotel is very old and has a very interesting history. The staff are friendly friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival we had to wait to for them to check if our room was ready but we had an upgrade that was very nice. The elevator is painstakingly slow and when we got up to our room the room key didn't... More

By far the best hotel I have ever been to. The hardwood floors won me over from the very beginning. The hotel has a historic charm and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I wish we had stayed longer than one night.

Not expensive but not Grand .. was a condominium now aka hotel. Definitely downtown in the mix of an historic little town. When you stay at a dated hotel you sometimes risk odors and updating. Local people seem very very nice.

We stayed one night with our 3 1/2 year old to go to the Crayola Experience the next day which is an easy walk. The positives first. The hotel is uber clean and the staff is extremely friendly. We stayed in a KInd size room which was oddly laid out, but this is probably based upon the building being rehab'ed.... More

A very strange place: very accommodating front desk staff, but have to sign a contract for quiet hours when you sign in. A parking lot you can't get into until after you register and get a code number, which means a lot of going in and out and reparking on arrival ( which was annoying since we arrived in the... More

I've stayed at the Grand Eastonian a few times now and have never been disappointed. The suites I've stayed in are really apartments with full kitchens (stainless steel appliances, granite countertops) that are stocked with everything you need to cook. However, there are so many great restaurants within walking distance of this hotel, who wants to cook? The last time... More

I was booked in suite 1005 - a one bedroom, top floor suite with northern, southern, and westerly views - tons of natural light through the large windows. However, as you went back the main hall - no windows at all, giving it a very claustrophobic feel. The kitchen had all stainless steel appliances and included a dishwasher and microwave... More

Enroute to a funeral; a night at the grand Estonian with its whirlpool bath was just what I needed. Add to that a firm bed and multiple excellent Wi-Fi signals and I'm all set. I would definitely stay here again.

Didn't know what we were actually getting ourselves into, but when we arrived we were very happy with our choice. Staff was very pleasant. We were put in a two "apartment" style room overlooking the Main Street. Beds were very comfortable and shower water pressure was great.
