The hotel had problems with the wireless internet while I was there and it took 3 hours with their inept technicians to finally fix the problem. Also management has an attitude problem with guests and lies to guests about their 100% guest satisfaction guarantee. No elevator. Stay Away. more

Stayed for one night en route from NY to Chicago. It had perfect wireless internet access. A fridge. And very good breakfast. All that I needed and what really mattered to me. For the price, this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. There was wireless internet, good cable, and lots of really fluffy pillows. The front desk staff was friendly and the continental breakfast had lots of choices, including a waffle maker. It was just a short walk from a few restaurants, and close to the downtown... more

Stopped by on my way thru DuBois. Hotel recently was renovated, rooms are fantastic beds are pillow top and I slept like a log. Would recommend to everybody!!!! They also had just started a complimentary hot breakfast I LOVE the make your own waffle station. Hats off to the hotel for their great accomplishments. This was the nicest Best Western... more
