I expected this hotel to be better than what it was. The first night I ended up with a pretty bad room....smelled and just was not comfortable. Run down. The next day I asked to be switched to a room in their newer building. They were hesitant but finally did so when they were convinced I wasn't a 'room trasher'.... more
Stayed at this hotel while visiting family in the area. I know the area pretty well and hesitated before booking but was quite pleased with the service. The front desk people very VERY friendly!!! I realize Douglassville may not be a tourist attraction, but we have family there and I felt the need to write this review.
