After (2) room changes: 1st room, noisy heater, fridge not working & toilet seat falling off. 2nd room, heater wouldn't work and broken down bed. 3rd room good, clean & all was in working order. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was average but adequate. They need to have people at front desk that are welcoming, especially as they are first point of... More

We arrived around midnight after a concert in nearby Denver. The desk clerk took a while to check us in, as he needed AAA card, rewards number, driver's license, credit card, plate number. He is very thorough. First the good. The room was on the large size, with nice clean laminate floors. The mattress looked new, and the sheets were... More

The noises of the city were a bit loud. The hotel was kind of dumpy as well. The people however were super friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about either.

I have been to about every hotel in the lancaster county area. I have a pitbull and get turned down sometimes because of her looks. This hotel was hassle free... More

Rooms were nice and clean. My room had a fridge, but my friends didn't, although it was advertised - so they asked for one, and they got it on their 3rd day there. Internet was slow, and the hotel has a no smoke policy - so I moved to a hotel next door that was actually nicer, and had smoking,... More

Okay technically this was my fault, I booked through priceline while I was half dead and driving 17 hours to Denver CO, so when I realized within minutes that I booked in PA I freaked out and called priceline, they told me I had to have the approval from the hotel before they could refund my money. So they called... More

This motel was clean, quiet, safe and economical. They have laminate wood floors which I appreciate as this is a pet-friendly motel. I'm sure the floors were much cleaner than those motels with carpets that allow pets. Breakfast and beds were fine. We were looking for a decent place to stay along the highway and this was it.

If you are in a bind this hotel is an available option. The rooms weren't the cleanest I've ever seen but it worked. While staying here I did not feel very comfortable at all. There was very little parking options and it was a pain to bring in travel gear.

As noted, this was a former Comfort Inn. I'm guessing that the makeover is ongoing...it is not finished. While the Inn is a non-smoking property, I got a room that had previously been a smoking unit. The carpet had been replaced with laminate but the mattresses/foundations and the HVAC system still were permeated with nicotine making the room smell like... More
