I regularly stay here when in Pittsburgh for business, and it's always a good experience. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping staff is accomodating of my sometimes quirky schedule. We stayed here on Xmas Eve. For the obvious holiday reason, the hotel was rather vacant. Front desk folks were pleasant. Overall, we had no complaints about this hotel. Our room was clean ("a must" criterion for me in a hotel stay) and its size was typical of hotels in this class. The best thing was their beds...very comfortable. more

I stay here on business 3 to 4 times a year. Always good service, clean rooms, and good breakfast. Not too far from Pittsburgh. more
