I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Cranberry for one night on my way back to Toronto from Washington, DC early in August. My husband, my two kids (a teen and a preteen) and I enjoyed our oversized room. It had two confortable queen size beds and a large sofa (it could have accommodated another person). The room had also... more

I stayed at the Hyatt Place Cranberry the weekend of June 7 and it was a fantastic find. I booked through Amex Travel so I'm not sure how much I paid as it was a package deal, but presumably it was far less than I would have paid had I booked directly with the hotel. Check-in was a breeze, I... more

Old AmeriSuites that has been updated. Rooms are clean, large and well appointed. The lobby is very nice with a lot of amenities that are available 24 hours a day. Breakfast is fair, but does the job for the price (free). Staff was helpful and friendly. Check in and check out is simple with the kiosks. more

This is a great hotel for the price compared to some of the others in the area. I have stayed here frequently for work. They have big screen tv's with HD in every room, and all the rooms are suites and spacious. The breakfast in the morning is your standard continental breakfast They do have a business center with 2... more

I booked the Hyatt Place via their website a month before trip. The website offered both smoking and non smoking rooms. While I know I may still be in the minority I was pleased that they still offered a smoking room. I had also requested a room with 2 double beds. Upon arrival I was informed that the hotel is... more

I got a great rate through priceline for the Hyatt Place and was excited to stay there. The pictures on the website made me wonder why it was only a 3 star hotel. First about the service, I called ahead of time to see if I could get two double beds instead of one King. After seeing that I was... more

We wanted to stay at a nice hotel in our area where we could just sit back and relax.......and we can both say the Hyatt Cranberry gave us exactly what we wanted! The hotel decor is very modern and the staff was very friendly. We loved the hotel room. It was nice to be able to watch the large tv... more

This hotel was a good hotel when it was Amerisuites but now that it's become a Hyatt it's even better. The decor is very modern and every room has a large flatscreen tv. The rooms are clean and their complimentary breakfast is not bad either. This hotel is my first pick out of all the hotels in Cranberry for their... more

Nice newly renovated hotel, though the bathrooms seem to have been largely overlooked in the renovation. Pleasant staff - but not effective. When I checked in I noticed the the fridge was not working. I called the "host" (that's what they're called) who was very nice and promised to send up someone to fix it. When I returned six hours... more

Our family spent two nights at the Hyatt, Jan 1 and 2. We were happy with the AARP rate of $98 and had read great things about the property on tripadvisor. When we called the hotel directly from the road to clarify directions, no one answered the phone. We called the 800 number, they tried to ring the front desk,... more
