Pros - The hotel is spotless. It is decorated beautifully. The pool water was warm, which can be rare. The 24/7 food service is actually really good. The area surrounding the hotel is one of Pittsburgh's nicest neighborhoods. Upper scale and very safe. Cons - Just quite a few little things. Only 30 channels on the cable. Mostly sports, news,... What a wonderful place. Rooms are exceedingly clean and spacious. Loved the giant couch and TV to watch football between games. Staff was kind and helpful letting us use a conference room to contain all the teenagers with energy to burn. Only downfall was no microwave in the room which makes no spence with a refrigerator and wet bar.

We attended a seminar in Cranberry, stayed 2 nights (Oct.31-Nov.2), and were overwhelmed with the quality, cleanliness, great food and exceptional service we received at this establishment! Dave and Ryan treated us like we had known them all our lives ...and the food at the lobby service bar (available 24 hours) was exceptional ...not to mention the complementary breakfast that... More

We recently travelled to pittsbugh and booked this place thru Priceline. At first it seems a little pricey but you need to consider what you get - very modern clean property. King beds, real HVAC systems that work, very large flatscreen tv with premium channels AND a switchbox to plug your laptop in and stream Netflix or play movies, free... More

Like most Hyatt hotel the stay was good. The only thing that was annoying that housekeeping knock on our door in the morning to ask when we were leaving and if we could leave our door open. I was not comfortable with that request. I also felt that I was being rushed out. Location was nice. Costco, Ulta around the... More

This is not my normal choice of hotels in this area, but the night of my business trip, things were selling out quickly, and I ended up being booked at the Hyatt Place. This hotel was very easy to find off the exit. Neat and Clean. Friendly desk staff. Typical HP set up. 4 doors, 1 in front, 1 in... More

We spent two night at this hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The General Manager was working and mingling with the guests the whole time in morning during breakfast. He was making sure the guests were happy and even helping with breakfast service! The food was good on buffett too. Would have preferred to have prime channels... More

My wife and I stayed here for the first time and were very pleased. Very large rooms. Comfortable bed. Very fast internet. Clean rooms and public areas. Decent breakfast. Mall and many restaurants nearby although a bit difficult to get too because of traffic patterns.

We stayed at the hotel on Friday for 2 days. It was very nice. The receptionists were not as warm as I had expected. The overall experience was great! I have travelled quite a bit and stayed in lots of hotels. The breakfast here is second to none I have seen. Well organized, lots of space for everyone to enjoy... More

This is a very good property within its price category. Suites (with partial wall between living room and bedroom) - nice lobby area with above-average (again, within this price category) breakfast. Excellent hospitality from desk staff. Located in a suburban area with several shopping/dining options nearby. The only small weakness is the difficulty in getting to/from the hotel. It's a... More
