The room was a disappointment. Surfaces were not clean in the bedroom nor the bathroom. My wife smelled an unpleasant cleaning order. The exterior walkways were unattractive and noisy. Called the front desk, as did our neighbor beside us, to complain about noise from 12:30 till 2:30 a.m. Actually cut our stay a day short and left, never to return.

I had to stay overnight here for work in the area. The room was simple but updated and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Free Wi-Fi and a decent TV, in addition to the microwave and freezer in even basic rooms, were a nice touch. Also, the breakfast was very good and included a variety of warm and cold foods... More

I came to the Pittsburgh area for a three night stay for business. I am loyal to the Marriott brand and I typically like to stay in a suite for more of a home feel and spacious rooms. Especially if I'm going to be away from home for more than a night or two. The Residence Inn is a favorite... More

When I pulled up I noticed motel style rooms with entrances from the outside. I didn't get one of those but rather a 3rd floor room that I didn't have to go outside to get to. I didn't find a way to get to the lobby by a staircase though. Maybe there was but the stairs I found led directly... More

I stayed here in February while attending a meeting at another hotel. This was a nice place to stay. Updated, modern and clean. It was quiet too. A lot of my coworkers stayed at the big hotel where the meeting was and I guess it was so noisy due the highways. I would stay here again when in town, it... More

First off let me say I came in around 12:30am and left at 8am so I didn't see much of the hotel. I had an upstairs room but noticed the first 2 floors had exterior entrances. I didn't know Marriott still had any of the old school motels left. It looks like the hotel is/was going under some renovation. This... More

First off I want to say the motel idea does not bother me unless of course it is not clean. The staff at the front desk were very good and personable. The lobby looked good and clean. The room is small but again that is fine for a one night stay what is not okay was that it is not... More

I have stayed at Fairfield Inn hotels in the past, but this is my least favorite. This should be called the Fairfield Inn Motel, because you have to access your room through the outside, and when it is cold it is not fun if you want to go to the lobby. Also, it was very noisy. You can hear the... More

I typically spend 75% of the year in hotels for business, so I've seen good and bad. This Fairfield Inn was incredible. Not only was the property very modern, the rooms and bed were extremely comfortable. Front desk staff were courteous and friendly as all Marriott properties. But the breakfast? Oh my. I've eaten good and bad but the breakfast... More

We came to Cranberry for a two night stay for the purpose of attending the Steelers & Saints game in Pittsburgh. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very warm welcome from staff. Room was small and bathroom small for the price. Did not try the breakfast included as we went out for breakfast both mornings. Did not like getting woken up... More
