Unbelievable to find a great B&B in this rural area of PA! Very rural setting, but then there is a reason to be so black. The room was comfy and the farmhouse a great old house. There was a full kitchen with everything for cooking, but I missed any sort of snack provided, and no place nearby to get any.... More

My husband and I decided to get away for a few days after Christmas. We were not interested in a "destination" but sought a quiet location where we could relax, explore, and visit antique and artisan shops in a leisurely fashion. A quick search of possibilities in the Coudersport area turned up the Frosty Hollow B&B. The reviews were positive... More

This by far is the best BB we have stayed in. Fantastic experience. The owners are warm and cordial. The BB itself in the Allegheny forest, so great place to experience the nature. Good for star gazing or just to wind down. There are different rooms in different buildings with fully furnished living rooms and kitchenettes. A small stream flows... More

Amazing, relaxing....from start to finish! We were running very late, called and let them know. While on the phone Gail let us know that many of the restaurants in the area close early and that we may want to stop before we get there to grab some dinner and even recommended a restaurant. We didn't get there until about 9:00pm... More

We only stayed one night here while we were doing some astrophotography at Cherry Springs Park. Our room-The Boysenberry room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. It was quite there and so tranquil I wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was out of this world and very good! Everyone was super friendly and... More

We stayed in the spacious Roseberry Loft in the Barn for four nights while touring the area. Joe and Gail were gracious hosts and took special care of my dietary restrictions. Joe is still "at home" as he grew up on the property and has many stories to share. We enjoyed shopping at the Country Mercantile and relaxing in the... More

The Frosty Holly Bed and Breakfast is a remarkable place. I booked the stay from seeing other positive reviews and photos online. We arrived late at night and found our room more quaint and comfortable than I had imagined from online pictures and descriptions. The room was clean and I didn't find noise to be an issue. The next morning,... More

Room was clean. Our room had a queen and a single bed, but the single was very narrow, wedged against a wall with a sloping roof; not especially comfortable. Difficult to find a comfortable and well-lit place for reading in the evening. Breakfast was adequate but limited offerings. There are weird acoustics in the barn. From our second floor room... If you want a relaxing place to go this it the place! Quiet, beautiful setting of the house and the renovated barn. The house was very quiet inside. Room was clean and comfortable. They have a pretty well equipped kitchen in the house and also a nice grill in the covered pavilion for use. There is a big screened in... More

A friend and I stayed in the Raspberry Room and enjoyed hiking around the East Rim of the PA Grand Canyon and then hanging out in the quaint town of Wellsboro. The staff was helpful, but not intrusive in any way. The property has several buildings to accommodate various groups. Our room was comfortable and felt roomy, even with three... More
