The Embassy Suites in the Corapolis/Moon Township area is very nice on the outside and reminiscent of a Hamptons-styled property. The lobby and atrium area have a rustic feel with a stream stocked full of goldfish. The rooms are ok. They are undergoing a renovation. However, that does not take away from the standard treatment you would receive at an... more

our family of 4 stayed here on vacation. this is a beautiful hotel, great service and a very spacious room (we had the suite with a family room area and then a seperate bedroom with 2 double beds). the door b/w the two rooms was perfect. It allowed the adults to stay up while the kids were sleeping. The family... more

Front desk very unprofessional and unfriendly. Hotel had been slammed day before in their defense. Room not cleaned both days until after 3pm. Room was not very clean. Carpet needed to be shampooed or thoughly vacumed. Ceiling border pealing off. First night manager reception was awful due to a wedding reception. Think 200 sq foot room with all your college... more

This was nice because it was an Embassy Suites and all Embassy Suites are great because of the awesome breakfast and the free drinks at Happy Hour but this hotel was old and dirty. You can tell by the decor that it is an old hotel and I had to switch rooms because when I checked in there was a... more

My fiance and I were in town for a bar mitzvah and stayed here for two nights over the weekend. We payed $112.86/night (includes tax). When you walk in, you are greeted by a man-created waterfall/koi pond. A bit cheesy, but no harm. Check-in was fine. There was a wedding the same weekend, but there didn't seem to be less... more

We stayed here for one night. I have been to the Embassy Suites many times over the years for different events and I was always impressed at the ambiance of the place, with the waterfall, glass elevators, and stream with the fish. I had a very high opinion of hotel even though I never actually stayed there. I always thought... more

My wife, two daughters and I stayed here for two nights just before New Years. On the whole, it was a good stay. The room had musty odor. My wife thought it was a former smoking room. The room definitely needed updating. There was mold in a corner and the room generally looked aged. Business was so slow on our... more

I just got back from staying one night for business. Once you step inside the hotel, you are amazed. There is a waterfall which then travels throughout most of the entire first floor. It is even stocked with Koi fish. The room was nice and very clean. The bathroom was new, but not. OK, the sink area was updated with... more

For a month long engagement in northern Pittsburgh, we have stayed in a few other properties in Monroeville, Tarentum and others... if we had known this hotel was this nice, we would have stayed here and made the drive (okay, so maybe it isn't THAT good - but it certainly was the best we have found in PIT so far)... more

I booked this room for $68 a night through a priceline bid. We were flying out of Pittsburgh International the next day at 6am and wanted a place that had airport transportation and a place to leave our vehicle. We would be out of town for 12 days and we figured this is cheaper than airport parking. The room was... more
