We spent the evening for their park and fly special. Clean hotel which had a restaurant that we did not eat at but appeared to be very busy. the shuttle was perfect for pick up at hotel and airport. i felt very comfortable keeping my car at this location and would take advantage of this offer again.

We stayed at this hotel the night before an early morning flight departure. It was a good and clean place to stay - comfortable rooms and bed, nice lounge with your typical bar food, but they offered long term parking and free airport shuttle. We'd stay there again.

A co-worker and I stayed at this property for 1 night prior to an early morning flight. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and quickly checked us in to our rooms. The hotel was very clean. We went to the grill to have dinner and the young lady who served us was great.. very friendly and introduced... More

Our stay was ok. It was very quiet (surprisingly) and convenient to restaurants, etc. I noticed that there are collage dorms attached to the back of this hotel. I wonder if this will be all college dorms soon because the property was run down. It smelled musty upon entering, my room door was difficult to close and there was a... More

As a Platinum Priority Rewards customer I requested a room upgrade upon check in, asking for a high floor overlooking the airport. What I got instead was a low room facing the opposite direction. I called from the room and complained, but was told that the hotel was fully booked that night and there was nothing they could do. Later... More

This was a last minute stay over in Pittsburgh, and done without a reservation. This was a decent hotel, in line with standard holiday inn properties. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, and found a good rate for me as a walk-up. She provided a toothbrush and razor, since I did not bring m toiletry kit. The... More

We like here when we have early morning flights, there is no charge for parking and they take and pick you up at the airport. The rooms have been refreshed and the cocktail lounge is very nice with some good food. We stay here a couple times a year.

We had a great time. The hotel was clean; the staff was polite and professional. The pool was a BIG hit with the kids. We would recommend to anyone. Breakfast was good, close to anything in the area and easy access. I see that a 200 word minimum is required but I am not sure why that is required by... More

The majority of this hotel (I believe floors 4 to 11) are college dorm rooms. Robert Morris College owns this hotel. Floors 1 thru 3 are for travelers. No upgrade or breakfast from Priority Platinum.................. they do offer 500 points bonus to your account. Lounge/Bar ok, gift shop near lobby. Probably will choose another hotel next trip since the focus... More

This is a pretty standard Holiday Inn. Nice bowls of apples available in the lobby. Room is what you'd expect--bed was comfortable. Internet was a little slow but it worked. Staff (front desk and housekeeping) very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little old but everything works!
