My wife and I stayed at this establishment for 5 nights in August. The room was nice, clean and contemporary. The Bistro had well-prepared healthy choices for all three meals. Each morning we could have oatmeal with nuts and banana, or opt for eggs or breakfast sandwiches.

Very nice, clean and simple outside. When we checked in, it could have gone smoother. The girl at the front desk handed our credit card back to us and told us that the card was no good. When I told her that we had just used the card hours ago and that I thought she was wrong, she said it... More

I called the day prior to our reservation and asked for early arrival. They phone representative stated I needed to call the morning of the reservation and I would be put on the list, first come first served for early arrival. The morning of the reservation, I phoned and was told there was no early check in. When I mentioned... More

Thank you SuzieKen2014 for your review. I am extremely sorry for the inconveniences that we have caused you and your daughter. I understand from the two Trip Advisor reviews the impact this has caused and I regret it completely. We have retrained, role played, reviewed and discussed the points you have both made, ensuring that the team understands the importance... More

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding. I'm a college student and was meeting my family there but arrived before them. Even though we paid with a card online they said they needed a card for a physical swipe. I only had my debit card and was worried the room would be charged to my account. The girl assured... More

This is a nice hotel, close to downtown Collegeville and right next to a shopping mall. It is on top of a hill and has a view of the countryside. Our room was nice, the bed was comfortable. There is a nice dining area for breakfast (not free though). Staff were helpful. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Its location is excellent as it is on top of a hill thus offering scenic views of the area. The room was adequate but I was disappointed with the bed linens. Generally, hotels have the duvet enclosed in 2 sheets so the duvet doesn't touch one's face. There was no choice of hard or soft pillow selections either. The room... More

Thank you eagledoe for the review and great feedback. I really appreciate hearing your suggestions and comments, which were all great. We are very excited that we are changing all of the pillows in the guest rooms over the next few months to a larger size pillow because of the great feedback we had heard. I am thrilled the staff... I stayed in this hotel for business for one night. The hotel caters business travelers. The check in was very quick and the staff friendly. There is shopping center nearby and the hotel can arrange the transportation to the malls. The room was very spacious with comfortable bed. The room had iron and ironing board and kettle. The sound proofing... More

This hotel exemplifies what I have come to expect of Courtyards: standard modern color palate and layout, typical Bistro offerings, friendly and welcoming staff. We wound up out and about, so we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit which is not a typical offering. We would stay again if in the area. Tips/Notes: - Phoenixville is nearby and has... More

Though this property is fairly nice I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that they only offered "free" breakfast from the Bistro (Starbucks so the choices were limited) at a time when we were going to the wedding brunch and didn't need it, when we suffered through an entire weekend of wedding festivities with no hot water. Ridiculous. The staff may have been... More

Thank you very much for your honest review. This past weekend we did have major problems with our hot water and worked all weekend to try and resolve, having multiple vendors out all weekend to replace mixing valves, motors and monitors. We truly regret and were surprised that a resolution to the problem was not found quicker. We tried to... More

I am faithful to marriott and this is up to the standard. Utilitarian rooms that were clean. Food was passable and lobby inviting to watch baseball and have a beer.
