The General manager Michele was one of the worst managers I have encountered with Ramada. After contacting Ramada, they decided to refund the full pet fee charged. We are very pleased with this outcome and we commend Ramada for their prompt attention. The rooms are very comfortable and everything else was first class. We will definitely stay here again (with our pets).
