My boyfriend and I planned a last-minute trip to Gettysburg for the 4th of July weekend, and couldn't get anything in Gettysburg. We found this charming B & B in Chambersburg, about 20 miles away. Check-in is 4-8pm so don't plan on getting there earlier. The innkeepers made that very clear. We visited the Battlefield and headed back to Chambersburg... More

We were coming back from Gettysburg and decided on this B&B. We are so glad we chose this one. Roger and Barb are great hosts. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. The room was so relaxing. We loved the whirlpool tub. The breakfast was great. We will be back for sure.

In addition to all the perfectly true things other reviewers have said about the beautiful house, attentive hosts, convenient location, and delicious breakfasts, the Craig Victorian B&B has a special appeal for me. I grew up five doors down the street at 666 Philadelphia Avenue (1962 - 1976), and my best friend lived in the north half of this house,... More

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful inside and out! Roger and Barbara are very sweet and make sure you are well taken care of. We had planned on spending the evening in Gettysburg, but turned around half way there to spend the evening on the porch instead. We enjoyed coffee and tea on the porch in the morning... More

I never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and this was a welcomed addition to a great week-end. We were attending our daughter's graduation from Wilson College and the location was perfect. Breakfast was great! Company great! Roger and Barbara very very helpful and warm. I will return.

On an early Spring afternoon, on a lovely street in Chambersburg, we checked in to the Craig Victorian B&B. The house is massive and full of beautiful woodwork – check out the ceiling in the foyer. We were taken to our room – very large and very clean and the room rate was very affordable. Our hosts provided a HUGE... More

So pleasantly surprised. The rooms are nicer than the pictures project. Our room had everything you could want and it was very clean. The owners gave a warm welcome and were very accommodating. We didn't make it easy on them either being in a hurry to visit the grandkids while wanting to glean information about the house, the town, and... More

If you are looking for an affordable B and B in Chambersburg area you need to check Craig House. The home is gorgeous and huge and the operators were super nice and accommodating. We stayed here a night to attend a birthday party in the area but would definitely return. We drove by some of the others we had researched... More

Stayed here as a convienent base to explore the area, mainly Gettysburg which was a 25 minute drive over the mountain. We were delighted with our stay at Craig and felt at home. Breakfast was veru good and conversations were enjoyable.
