We stayed for just one night in late August. It's pretty much as pictured, although maybe a bit older and more worn out looking in person. And the decks looked badly in need of a power washing and the deck furniture had its best years behind it. The room was a little dated, but was nice and clean and did... More

You get what you see- and maybe a little bit more. It is cheap ($75), clean and with a nice view of the lake from a little terrace at the back of the room. Breakfast Ok- nothing fancy. Worth the extra star for all that, though it is simple 3 star accomodation otherwise. Nowhere much to eat locally except a... More

We stayed here on a weekend trip - nice and clean and very convenient to Fallingwater, Lady Luck Casino, Ohiopyle State Park, and Laurel Caverns....very reasonable as well. Breakfast is minimal! Rooms each have a small back porch that overlooks a little lake - nice for having a drink before heading to the casino!

We made the reservation over the phone, indicating that we would be late arrivals. After a pretty dramatic drive in the wind and snow, we waited for a while out in the elements, ringing the bell. Finally, a phone call was made which achieved us some service. We got to our room and immediately found mounds...piles...clusters of ladybugs randomly dispatched... More

Rated as very good as rates were good, room was clean and comfortable and it had a ok breakfast. Rooms have a small deck facing a lake that runs along the highway which was nice for downtime. Probably average but it fit our trip nicely as it was centered among the sites we wanted to see. No coffee pot in... More

This is a place to stay. Nothing fancy. Doors seemed very insecure. Stayed because it was close to the GAP Bike trail. I think young kids would have a blast here. Reasonable rates and ok breakfast. Not much else to say. People running motel were very nice.

Despite my "average" rating for this motel, I do want to say that we enjoyed our stay and would actually go back again. Given other options in the area, this place is affordable, clean, and has a nice lake-view from a lot of the units. The motel sits back from the road a bit, which makes it a bit quieter.... More

This lodge can be your base camp for all kinds of activities in the area - for us it was Fallingwater, so we were only there one night. As other reviewers have noted, it's older (and might have been a premium reservation once) and the rooms are smallish, but it's been updated and scrupulously clean. Who needs a big room... More

Chose the motel because located near Falling Water and other area attractions. It was older, but clean. The bed was the hardest mattress we've experienced. Usually we prefer firm, but this was quite uncomfortable. The deck area, which faces the lake, could be a real plus since the interior is somewhat small and dark. However, the deck needs painting, and... More

We were in the area for the weekend and were very happy that we chose to stay here. The location was great for the things we wanted to do: whitewater rafting, Fallingwater, natural waterslides, and Laurel Caverns. The interiors of the rooms at this place are not anything special, but they are fine. The grounds are very nice, and every... More
