One of my favorite places in the world! Twice a year it's like 'going home again.' First visited about 10 years ago and about two years later took my mother. When we pulled up to the inn she said, "Why would anyone want to come here - in the middle of nowhere, with nothing to do?" By the time we... More

We stayed at this B&B while cycling the Pine Creek Trail, which runs through the small village of Cedar Run. We were two couples in two rooms. We would not be more pleased with our stay. The rooms were quaint, clean and comfortable and the mattresses were perfectly comfortable. Dinner and dinner service was very, very good ... easily would... More

Very old and welcoming Inn. Stayed one night over Labor Day. We were biking the Pine Creek Trail. Inn almost abuts the Trail, so a great location if you're doing the Trail. Our room only had a double bed. Toilet en suite, shower down the hall. Nice little bar and quaint dining room. Food was OK/good, nice menu but I... More

Want to get away…want to take leisurely walks…enjoy wildlife, fish in a beautiful stream, kayak, ride bikes and enjoy a restful night in a great inn…this is the place. The world could use more inns like this one..it’s almost like going back in time.

Friendly staff, beautifully furnished with many antiques and period-looking pieces, Excellent food. Nice porch for sitting, quiet road for walking/biking. Just a relaxing experience. And the price for dinner, room & breakfast was very reasonable - a far better value than the Super 8 we stayed in the next night of our trip. We'll be back!

This is the only game in town and they do it with a lot of old-time goodness! The price is right, the food is delicious and the drinks are great! The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. But it is worth the price of the stay to see the absolutely amazing hummingbirds feeding right next to your table!! You can't... More

This inn is a throw back to the way inns were years ago. Only 2 rooms with air conditioning and you go down the hall to take a shower. Having said that, it is a very neat experience and one everyone should enjoy. It is very much out of the way and a place for relaxing, bike riding, hiking or... More

Stayed at the Cedar Run Inn as a stopping point on our bike trip along the Pine Creek Trail. It is truly a trip back in time to when life was slower and people had time to sit on a porch and visit with friends or linger at a meal without the distractions of tv or telephones. We found the... More

Rooms are nice. Most have shared bath. Beware of the room with the "toilet and sink"......they're 4 feet from the bed! Restarurant is nice. Food is good. The Dinner-room-breakfast package is a great deal. Its fun watching the hummingbirds from the dining room. Employees are delightful. Lots of clutter in the restaurant, sitting room, bedrooms......but its interesting clutter. The place... More

We have stayed before at the Cedar Run Inn. This was our second stay at the Inn. Both stays have been wonderful. My husband and I love the location of the Inn. The historic atmosphere of the Inn is what helps to make it so special. This Inn was built in the 1800's. The first time we stayed, the Hummingbirds... More
