A few days after returning home from a tour to Cape Cod, I realized I had left one of my favorite shirts at our overnight at this hotel. With little hope of it being found, I called and talked to the night manager. She was able to discover the room I was in and leave a note for the morning... more

Just stayed at the Sleep Inn, Carlisle, Pa. for the first time. Everything was about average for a Sleep Inn. It's location is excellant. Easy on and off the interstate and easy drive into Carlisle. I would have liked to have given a very good rating but the hotel does not seem to quite get there. Would recommend. I would... more

We always stay in the Sleep Inn in Carlisle PA on our way back from Florida. We have always had a wonderful stay. The staff is so friendly and helpfull, the rooms are clean and inviting. This year we stayed on our way to Fl and found it to be as good as always. more

This hotel is easy to get to and is right off the highway. The rates are resonable and the rooms were clean and beds are really comfortable. They also had a good breakfast in the morning all the staff was freindly and helpful. they had a indoor pool but because we arrived late we did not take advantage of it. more

Stayed here on Nov 14 Check in was slow. Asked for a king size bed and at the time wasn’t told that the room had two double beds. After settling in we discovered that there wasn’t a liner for the ice bucket and a friendly lady from housekeeping was happy to get us one. After a better look at the... more

I arrived at 1:30 pm and they had no rooms yet available despite the fact that the parking lot was empty. I know check in is at 3 pm, but I have never been to a hotel that actually had no available rooms in the afternoon. This meant I couldn't unload my luggage before heading to Gettysburg. It was not... more

When arriving at the Sleep Inn in Carlisle the woman at the front desk seemed confused about the check in procedure. We were not welcomed to the hotel, and when handed out room keys weren't even told which room we were staying in or directions to get to the room- we had to ASK for that information to be told... more

On the positive side, the ice machine was perfect and the breakfast was above average. When we arrived at 11:00 PM the night clerk and someone I assume was from housekeeping, tried to figure out if there was a room made up. The clerk gave three room numbers to the housekeeper, and she left. She called back in about 5... more

My son goes to boarding school in the area and I usually stay at the Quality Inn in Enola, PA. When I checked their prices they had skyrocketed so I checked out the surrounding hotels and decided to stay at the Sleep Inn b/c it was reasonably priced. I didn't expect it to be better than the Quality Inn b/c... more
