We overall enjoyed our stay at the Frogtown Inn. Ed, the innkeeper, was wonderful and really tried to be sure we had anything we needed and to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was cooked to order each morning, and continental-style offerings were available as well. The property was clean and well-cared for. We also enjoyed dinner in the 6... More

We spent Mothers' Day night at The Frogtown Inn and couldn't have had a nicer experience. Ed and his staff were most gracious and accommodating. We also dined in-house and the service and cuisine were out-of-this-world! The personal visit from the chef after the meal was a first-class touch.

Staff was courteous, timely, and always willing to help. Room were even better than described and the restaurant lived up to its reputation. Local folks were equally friendly and consistently spoke highly of Frogtown. We would definitely stay there again and plan to. Golf recommendation would be Buck Hill Falls.

We recently had a very pleasant one night stay at the Inn. Stayed in room 9 which was comfortable and had the added feature of a sitting room. The innkeeper ,Ed, was very welcoming and friendly. The tavern had a pub like atmosphere and had a nice wine list and some good craft beers. Be sure to stop in the... More

We spent a quiet week end at the lovely and home-like Frogtown country Inn estate. The charming B&B was above our expectations. We dined at their restaurant and my husband's crab cake and my ahi-tuna dinners were to "die for". We had a chance to meet Brian, the restaurant's executive chef. The dinners were his art of work, really! Thank... More

What a wonderful lodging and dining experience! Overnight stay was an absolute delight; our room (#13, very lucky) was very comfortable. Innkeeper and entire staff provided an excellent level of service that was attentive, but never intrusive. Dinner in the Six Acres restaurant could not have been better; complimentary breakfast the following morning was generous in all respects! All in... More

When I made reservations at The Frogtown Inn, I had no idea where Canadensis , Pennsylvania was. We were using a Groupon voucher and just needed a day out and chose the Poconos with which we thought we already were familiar. Well, it turns out we had not taken the back road that led us to this Inn, It was... More

We discovered this through Groupon and stayed 1 night at the end of August. Place exceeded our expectations. Steve was a very friendly and attentive host. The house was huge and had many interesting decorated rooms. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday's, which is the night we stayed, which was disappointing...BUT the continental breakfast the next morning was amazing! Steve... More

Stayed a single night in one of their King suites and found accommodations to be very nice and comfortable. Great innkeepers too - really enjoyed meeting and interacting with Joy, a lovely, kind-hearted woman. But, the BEST aspect was discovering the very cool tavern downstairs that is beautifully decorated in a hip Western motif (don't think guns and saddles). Be... More

Mother Nature in all her glory -- that's exactly right! Sounds like a lovely stay, and we really appreciate your kind words, as well as your suggestion regarding the disposal bin. Thank you for that, and we hope you'll keep us in mind next time you need to get away! Warm regards, The Frogtown Inn More

Wonderful place which is tough to find due to gps issues but once you find it it is well worth the trip. The seafood is the specialty here with excellent crab dishes. All fresh and inventive. I had the tuna and salmon which I liked very much. The desserts are great too.
