The Riverside is a slice of history. A living museum, of sorts. You get the feeling of being away from it all. Kind of like if you were to go to a Pocono resort back in the day. If you want to escape with your SO for a romantic, fun weekend or overnight, I recommend the Medieval feast and room... More

I have been to The Riverside Inn before experiencing their dinner theater venue. I have to say, this stay was fantastic. The price included overnight accommodations, dinner theater event and breakfast the next morning. Actors were outstanding (comedy that was unbelievable) and the food really tasty (and, a lot of food. Waiters even supply doggie bags.). The rooms are all... More

Riverside inn is a very comfortable and entertainment complex. Besides being a Hotel, they serve excellent meals and offer dinner theater. We were allowed to visit all the areas and was very impressed at their collection of memorabilia . Plan on returning just to relax in such a quiet and quaint surrounding.

We had a nice meal at the restaurant, but didn't stay at the hotel. The dining room is charming, as is the lobby and library. Our server, Donna, added to our enjoyment of the evening. She was friendly and efficient and made us feel very welcome. I had a fillet, which was slightly over cooked. Donna was quick to offer... More

I want to complement the Staff at the Riverside Inn, (Jeremy Ball, Mike Petrillo & Donna & staff) for their amazing help and execution of a beautiful Garden Wedding & Reception July 20, 2014. As the wedding planner for a family friends wedding, I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. The day started with some anxiousness due to... More

We stayed at the historic Victorian Inn for a relaxing overnight following their Dinner Theatre package. The inn has tastefully decorated rooms, all different, on three floors (no elevator). There are no phones or TVs in the rooms to create a step back in time.. The living room, dining rooms, grand veranda with lots of chairs, garden areas, and outdoor pool... More

My son, his wife and new born spent a night at the Riverside at the end of June, His wife woke up at 2 am to feed the baby and found bed bugs crawling on herself and the baby. Once she composed herself and took pictures of the bed bug, took the evidence to the night clerk. The clerk went... More

This was our second visit to this Historic Hotel. The first time we visited was by pure accident. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we returned this year. Although they lost the liquor license, and the lounge was closed, the stay was still wonderful. We even got to look in all of the rooms in the morning as they... More

We stayed here for the weekend when my cousin got married on the property. We have never stayed in a place quite like this. The setting and decor take you back and make you wonder what it was like to live in the 1800's and the early 1900's. Our room was one of the smaller rooms on the first floor... More

Wonderful hotel. Ambiance is great. Rooms were spacious. On the plus side, there are "NO " TV's or telephones in the rooms. There is a TV in the lobby, and a phone at the desk. The lobby has board games for all. The breakfast buffet was a plus. A very nice porch on 2 sides on the hotel. The gardens... More
