I stayed at this lovely place for 5 days the first week of August 2014. I was sharing the Trout Room with a dear friend of mine and we are both members of the Have Cane Will Travel Set- so the room was perfect for us although it does need a chair. I took the fold out love seat and... More

We traveled to Butler for the Jeep Heritage Festival and this bed and breakfast was super convenient for us. The grounds are beautiful and great for walks. We had our two small dogs with us and stayed in the trout room. It was nice because we had direct access to the outside and could walk the dogs easily. The price... More

This is a Bed & Breakfast located on a working farm. It is situated in a wooded setting with some great views in the front over looking the valley. There are chickens ( caged ) for the kids to check out. The Lodge is a good size. We stayed in the Trout room on the lower level that parking just... More

She has 6 rooms total, but two rooms in the back with direct access to a patio and private driveway for people with pets along! We had a need for one that accepted pets and before we could only find Super 8 and Days Inn in Butler that accepted them. Now I found this place! The area is wooded, so... More

First time we have stayed in a B&B and we are frequent visitors to the Butler area. I had some B&B gift cards so we thought we'd give it a whirl. The lodge exceeded our expectations. The innkeeper Carol, made us feel welcome from the first "Hello" to the hug "Goodbye". Breakfasts were delish and eaten in a beautiful dining... More

Myself and a few other family members rented three rooms at the Locust Brook Lodge Bed & Breakfast when we came in for a family reunion in Butler on fourth of July weekend. I was very pleased with my experience. The lodge is set in a very private location surrounded by a farm and hillsides - the views are lovely.... More

Because we had previously stayed at this lodge, our family again rented EVERY room at Locust Brook Lodge for 3 nights. The lodge is roomy, has a downstairs gameroom for the children with a pool table, air hockey and big screen TV, perfect for a large family meeting together from various parts of the country. It is on a beautiful... More

This review and the previous one were submitted by the same family, who obviously had a very disapointing experience with us. I am very sorry about this situation. I have apologized a number of times. I too have experienced losses in my family and my heart goes out to them in their grief. More

This is our second visit to this lodge. This visit was so very disappointing. We reserved the entire facility, every room in the home, to attend my father's funeral; my family, two sisters families and my grieving mother. Carol (the owner and innkeeper) knew the purpose of our visit and knew us from a previous visit. She certainly has changed.... More

I am truly sorry that your stay with us was so dissapointing. I'm grateful for your feedback as the opinions of all my guests are valuable tools for improvment. As is evident from other reviews, this was not a typical experience. I deeply regret any contributing factors on my part. More
