It was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant and nice. The hotel room was sanitary and setup nicely. The hotel itself was beautiful on the inside and out. The hotel featured a pool and spa and gym which we were able to use from 5 in the morning to 10 at night. Everytime we made a request they always gave... more

Made reservation 3 weeks in advance, and asked for third floor room. Was told this was no problem. However, we were given a second floor room that was a smoking room - smelled terrible! No other rooms available. Was told they would send up an air freshener spray to help - never received it. Air conditioning was shooting out HEAT,... more

I was in Allentown for a few months on business and got a chance to explore all the hotels in town. I would rate the Hilton Garden Inn among the best in town. It is a newer property and was neat, quiet and comfortable during the couple of times I have stayed there. Conveniently located across the street from a... more

I spent a long weekend here for a business trip. The room was pretty typical but I found brown water in the liner of the ice bucket (Yuck). The climate control is pretty noisy as mentioned in some other reviews. It briefly cycles on even when shut off, but this is the same heater/AC in most Hilton properties and other... more

This is a good choice for a business stay. Room are nice, except that A/C/Heating system is noisy, I can not sleep with it is on. Services is good, personnel is friendly. All that you need for business is avalaible (internet free of charge connection, printer...). more

Always stay at this HGI when in the allentown pa area, Clean and Comfortable rooms, Lobby area is inviting, Continental Breakfast is fine - the Hot Breakfast isn't worth the extra $$.. In the area of many resturants and gas station. In regards to the previous reviews - The pool area - the Spa doesn't seem to work all the... more

This property is in exellent condition and has a pleasant and helpful staff, unlike the Hampton Inn across the street, which is also a Hilton property. My wife, kids and myself ended up here after a week long trip from Salt Lake City to move to Philly, and after several previous nights in dubious hotels (the Key Motor Inn in... more

Maybe the stay would not have been so bad if the hotel wasn't booked to capacity with little league baseball players who were not well parented. The hotel was dirty (again, probably the kids). The included breakfast was dry, old, and touched by hundreds of little kid fingers. Our key cards kept mysteriously deactivating. My room bill was not delivered... more

We stayed here three years ago, and came back because we remembered that it was pleasant the first time. If anything, it's even nicer now. We got a nice, spacious room with a refrigerator and a microwave--and I think that's standard. The pool was spotless, maybe a touch warm for serious swimmers. The staff was outstanding, always helpful and courteous.... more

Stayed here again this year as we were more than happy last year. We weren't disappointed. The bed was so comfy and the front desk very helpful. It is just across the road from a nice restaurant where you get a discount. No problems encountered at all and will definitely be returning. more
