When the B&B we usually visit was booked for the Bloomsburg Fair, they suggested a visit to College Hill. We couldn't have been more pleased. We road up on our motorcycles and right away were accommodated with garage parking so our bikes would stay dry. Shortly there after we were introduced to Ray and Nancy, 2 wonderful people. I was... This was an amazing little B & B. It was our first B & B experience, and it was better than great. The owners were warm and welcoming! The rooms were exquisite and the breakfast was incredible! I can't wait to stay here again when visiting Bloomsburg!

I stayed here the weekend of my wedding and I got ready here the morning of - the male host (who was grumpy and crass) asked me what time I'd be out of my room so the cleaning woman could come and I gave him a time of 3:00. She showed up early and hovered around my room asking questions... More

Most bed and breakfasts are unique, family-owned businesses that take pride in offering rooms to those familiar with such establishments. Unfortunately, as in this instance, reserving just one room did not provide enough space for an entire wedding party to prepare and dress for the ceremony. Pandemonium may and damage does occur. These guests have been refunded their entire lodging... More

I'll make this short & sweet. From the proprietors to the elegant house and antiques. I don't remember enjoying anyplace more. If you get a chance run don't walk and make reservations in advance. They fill up quickly. I also can't forget the incredible breakfasts made by Ray & Nancy. I hope I can get there again in the future.

Nancy and Ray are both delightful and very helpful. Nancy does her best to accommodate dietary restrictions. On my last visit I had a flat tire and Ray and Nancy both helped me get my tire fixed! I love staying with them!

My first impression staying here wasn't a positive one. Our host Ray wasn't welcoming or charming at all. We recently stayed there again since the Water company tore down the Irondale Inn where we enjoyed staying. Much to my pleasure, not only Nancy was hospitable & charming but so was Ray. Everyone can have a bad day and I guess... More

When we arrived Ray was enjoying the storm clouds rolling over and the distant rumbles of thunder. The porch looked so inviting but we were starved and looking forward to getting to Seasons on Main for dinner. We were greeted by Nancy who gave us a tour of the home and all the info we needed. Including umbrellas for our... More

The positive reviews are accurate so I won't repeat. However, I will add that Nancy and Ray were very flexible and accommodating. We arrived a little later than we planned and we asked for a vegan breakfast. Neither of these were an issue for Nancy and Ray. The breakfast was not gourmet but beautifully presented. It included oatmeal, fresh fruit,... More

Having stayed at many B&B's over the years, I can rank the College Hill at the top of the list. The property was immaculate, and the rooms were appointed with no detail left out (fireplace, private bath, bath robes, TV, AC, ceiling fan, wireless internet, private entrance etc) We found the Inn Keeper (and his wife) to be friendly, gracious,... We stayed here as the local relatives were had no room for us to stay. This is definitely our favorite way now of staying in the Bloomsburg area and we will be giving our relatives a break as this is far superior, and we were happy to pay for this lovely place. Ray and Nancy have put their hearts and... More
